140 miles total round trip just to get trailer and return it. That is ridiculous totally out of my way.The place was to be open at 11am the guy showed up at 11:30. Customers should not have to run to another county to pick up items they should at the least be brought into your county.

I had MAJOR issues getting my reservation, as the app and online resource could not confirm my identity. It was Friday at 7...and the storefront was closed. The emergency phone number did not pick up, and I left a message but no one called me back. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with the 800 number, who kept putting me on hold and disconnecting, multiple times. They tried to do the virtual confirmation and had to pass me to various departments, and one closed at 8, so they hung up and said I would have to call Saturday morning! It was very very frustrating. Then one hour after my appointment time, I got an email saying my reservation was cancelled because of a NO SHOW! I finally went back on line and made a new reservation and was able to get it to work, but I was on the road almost 2 hours later than I should have been. The vehicle itself was fine. The customer service after hours at the 800 level was terrible. No one ever called to follow up after the fact either.

Check in process was cumbersome, and couldn't even get the trunk key because I was not provided a key code. Furthermore, there was no one at the retail site, and no one would answer the phone. I tried reaching out to U-Haul customer service, which hung up on my, and the text chat was not at all helpful either as it pertained to a resolution. After an hour I gave up, and I will NEVER use U-Hail nor recommend it again!
