I wasted around 40mins trying to get the license uploaded into the system. We had to call someone to help since the system was not working. From 6hrs I had rented, I was only able to actually use the UHaul for 5hrs. Which put my move in time back 1hr.

Robert DI would recommend someone to ask for a staff location for returns. U-haul app needs a lot of work. had to go out of app to take a picture, go back in to app and upload. Then to find out I needed to take more than one picture to return vehicle - 1. App should advise to take those three pictures; 2. App should access phones camera to take and upload picture.

Ted BNeeds to be a HUMAN on location. At least one, who can help when there is a problem with the contactless pickup, which there was. Was on hold for 45min on main number, never got through. Finally, after much hassle, got it to work and got our truck. I realize it saves money to do it this way, but there should either be a person or express number to call that will get you to a human to help solve problems with pickup. will NEVER use U-haul again
Barry PCommunication w/ dealer was terrible at the original retail site (#176-014351) on Mt Zion Rd.(operator didn't show up, wouldn't answer calls, LIED about time when reached by dispatcher). DROP HIM AS A DEALER! Other follow-up dealers were fine and helpful under the circumstances.
