There was a lot of snow on the vehicle, but luckily we had a snow brush that is EXTRA long to allow for and easy clear off. If we did not have that, it would have been very difficult. Also, it was a bit difficult to find the key since we were not told where it was. Other than that, good experience.

The initial pickup location had no one there to manage the rental. Thank goodness Secure EZ Storage stepped up to handle the rental and customer service was empathetic and worked quickly to resolve the issue.

I was charged extra $42 for what I have no idea I put more fuel in it then I started with. I brought the truck back early ect...

I estimated 50 miles, they gave me a truck with less than that available to drive based on fuel level. After hours drop off is a rip off. $20 for the same thing they would do if you drop it off in the am.

It was a locked storage facility. Scheduled contract return time was 7:00am. I was there but found their opening time was 9:00am. I therefore had to make two trips. I arrived again at 9:10am with opening time of 9:00am. No one was there and no one answered the listed phone number. Fortunately a customer was leaving opening the gate. I pulled the truck in and dropped off the key in their mail slot. It appears all worked out, but this is not acceptable customer care. Requesting partial refund for loss of time and extra fuel.

When I scheduled the pick-up, I selected a location in Greendale, IN. When we got to Greendale, we found out it was moved to Cleves, OH, then while we were on our way to Cleves it was moved to the location in Cincinnati. We ended up with a lot of driving around to just find the truck, which was not a good experience. But, the lady at the Greendale location was very helpful.

This location was perfectly acceptable as long as it was the location that I had booked to rent from....which it was not. The last minute change of pickup location created a huge headache for me. If I actually could have done anything about it, I would have cancelled my reservation and used another company. I suppose knowing how difficult/impossible that is makes it easy for UHaul to change pick up locations with no real consideration for the customer. I received my notice on Sunday mid-afternoon when my pick up was the next morning. My pick-up was Oxford, Ohio...where I was staying the night...so the change meant a drive from there to Harrison, Ohio and back (an extra 45 miles and 75 minutes of driving) before my planned 6 hour drive to my ultimate destination. Honestly some kind of apology for the inconvenience from your service desk that notified me of this change would have gone a long way....but UHaul couldn't even muster that. As a fair-minded person, the fair solution in my mind would have been for UHaul to tow the trailer to Oxford where it was reserved to be available. Again - pick up location was fine.....but not the one I booked. Disappointed.
