They are super friendly helpful and answer all your questions. I would highly recommend this place! The storage units are clean and safe to store all you're precious valuables.

After picking up the truck the check engine light came on, had trouble shifting and barely made it to our destination. Floor was sticky and trash was on the floor. Was easy to pick up, but truck was in poor shape.

Fabiola P.Servise was ok. How ever I rented a motorcycle trailer and purchased some straps brand new from the rental office. I strapped the motorcycle down. As I was driving I noticed the motorcycle moving a lot. I pulled over and checked the straps. I immediately noticed both straps stretched at the hook. I had to stop. Leave my truck on the side of the road, and call a friend to give me a lift and repurchase some new straps at home depot. When I returned the trailer later that day I explained to the service man who did the transaction earlier that day what had happened. I showed him the bent straps and my receipt . I wanted a refund. It was only twenty dollars how ever it's the principal not the money. He took the mater to his Manager and told me his managers response was all sales are final. And did not refund me my money. I feel that I should have been refunded my money because the straps failed! I almost lost a 10 000 dollar motorcycle because those straps failed! I will no longer be renting anything from U- Haul any longer. U-Haul does not care for there customers Saftey and well being.

MIGUEL H.This comment is not about the Bloomington location. When starting the reservation process through the system, it was horrible. All information was not correct. I had to revise it so many times. The day before, I get notification that the location that I reserved a truck from did not have any, so we were sent all the way to Bloomington. There's no way to change anything because you don't get notification until the day before. I received a link to check in once I arrive at the location and after following all the steps several times, the link did not work and couldn't access the keys. We had to wait an hour until the place opened to get some help. The person at the Bloomington location helped us. The schedule/reservation process was a headache from the very beginning with all incorrect information and having to call so many different times to get uhaul to finally correct the reservation information. The day of was even more of a headache with the link not working and having to drive far to pickup a truck. The current system on renting a truck is ridiculous and people should be able to go and rent a truck instead of being sent to different help desk and scheduling departments. Not getting confirmed information until the day before is not reliable. I hope senior managers read this and make revisions to the reservation process.

ERICK N.I was very disappointed to learn that there is no way to compensate a customer for adding "too" much gas to the truck. The truck came with a 1/4 of a tank and therefore forces you to put gas in before starting your trip. It's a guess at that point how much gas the truck will use. Unfortunately, the truck used less than anticipated and I was told there is no way to reimburse for any of the used gas. At $4,5 a gallon, they got about $25 in gas from me. Should be a simple compensation back to the customer.

TANIA S.My worse experience ever with U-Haul I chose to use the truck share 24/7, which is an online check in. I arrived at the location around 10:40for a11:00pm pickup. What was supposed to be a easy and quick check in lasted until 11:45pm. It's a long and lengthy procedure. The truck was a older vehicle with lots of wear and tear of and upon the vehicle inspection, you're only allowed a certain amount of photos. When returning the vehicle, the male who was on duty, first statement was" is everything okay, did you tear or break-up anything? Once he completed his visual inspection, he complained of the fuel being short. The was refueled back to where it was when purchased. Not until a request to see a copy of the original did he realize that the fuel level was more than he calculated but because he was being obnoxious, we rwe put more fuel. While waiting for the truck to return from the fuel station,he spoke well with others, offered water but never acknowledge me. I perceived that gesture as very negative and racist. I will not use that their service anymore and I feel U-Haul, a very reputable company should not have someone of that nature representing their customers.

MARK R.This old truck has almost 200 000 miles on it with no air conditioning! We are in Southern California during a heat wave. This truck would not go faster than 55 miles per hours and was beat up everywhere. The inside was slippery. We had to mop it twice just so we didn't break a leg (myself and husband both slipped and fell down hard on our knees). The representative charged us for 24 packs of blankets and gave us the incorrect dolly. She didn't even ask if we wanted "insurance" and when we asked she said I don't know. We showed her the dents in the truck and she said to just use their application which I understand but my phone was dead and I informed her that. She said to just use it when my phone charges I had to drive 53 miles out of our way, pay for the gas and then drive back to our home (106 miles round trip). I had to have someone follow me and pay for their gas to take me back home (53 miles away). When we returned the truck we were charged for returning the incorrect dolly and missing 2 blankets (clearly someone does not know how to count). We were also charged an "AFTER HOURS" return of $ 20.00. This was not even the location I was able to return to (all of their other locations were full and could not take the UHAUL). This company CLEARLY only cares about the bottom dollar and that is their pocketbook. I am highly unhappy with this company.
