michelle lThe lady was SO RUDE! Blatantly ugly towards me. Terrible experience. The space was disgusting and dirty. Truck smelled like pee. Lot was not secure and I had to leave my car. Worried that they were going to damage it or it was going rob be stolen.

KELLY CCommunication was off. It took over a hour to rent me the truck & about 45 to check the truck in. They lady over the phone was very unprofessional and someone lied to me about about my deposit.

Harold oIt was very inconvenient that the afterhours drop off gate could not be used. Also very disappointed that U-Haul would charge $315 for a key replacement in their own vehicle. Because, we lost the keys ( and found them eventually) we had to keep the truck longer than planned. I did not agree with or appreciate being told the vehicle was missing when we spoke to the on site manager multiple times throughout our experience. She was well aware that the vehicle was not missing. This office has very limited hours and it was not convenient at all to work with. So it is upsetting that U-Haul would charge $250 just because I returned their "missing" vehicle to another location. BTW, the manager threatened to call the law or that things would get "worse" if we did not return truck immediately. She was aware the truck was loaded and we needed a new one-way truck before we could return it to original location. This location closed early at 1pm, so we returned to another location and so received the extra $250 charge. I do not feel like U-Haul cares about its customers and would not recommend this location specifically. Very disappointing experience.

CHRIS EI never rented at U-Jaul before and she made it very easy to get the car dolley and get me on my way.
lew aReceptionist was very rude, said that truck bumper was unsafe, was not willing to work with me. Also stated that we needed a reservation for a tow dolly which we did not.

Stephanie SThis was my worst experience ever with Uhaul or a Uhaul location. I reserved my truck and my packing supplies (1 dozen furniture pads, utility dolly, appliance dolly, and furniture dolly) over two weeks ago and I get a phone call an hour before my pick up and they say they only have some furniture pads and a utility dolly. What's the point of reserving packing supplies over two weeks in advance if they're not even going to have them.
Jordan GTakes a long time to wait for someone to come help put a trailer on. You have to wait outside a locked gate in a not so great area waiting on someone to be there.
Lauren LCheated me out of money…tried to charge me using km instead of miles. When I proved that they charged for correct miles but increased my insurance and not giving me 140 miles as promised because I had to drive so far. I also did them a favor returning to them instead of to Memphis which was and additional 35 miles for me.

RUSSELL MTrying to access after hours is nearly impossible. Spent 45 minutes at the gate fighting with the app and the phone number for this location never answers and their mailbox is full

CHAD EI reserved a truck on 1/21/2021 via telephone with Holly for pickup on 1/30/21.. The entire transaction, from reservation to pickup to return, went as smoothly as a customer could hope for! Everything is explained in great detail and the equipment was more than satisfactory. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this location! Thank you, Holly, for your great customer service!
debra gWell, on top of what was agreed to by dispatcher, pickup point, and computer, I received an extra bill. It appears you have a bait and switch thing going on. It is not appropriate or appreciated.
