Christian OrlandoI wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone or even use it again. I was charged around $16 for gas when I refilled to the same level as when I got the vehicle. They say it was 5/16 full. I refilled the vehicle to the level it was when I left uhaul with it which was closer to 1/4. I have a picture of the fuel gauge when I left uhaul. I need my money back or you lose a customer that has a history with you.

Frank SmithAfter a short drive of 3 miles from the pick up location, I picked up a load and then could not start the truck. My wife and I called and taxed to U-Haul multiple times and were told the service was complete. We waited more than 3 hours before a tow truck showed up jump starting the battery. We still don't know what went wrong with U-Haul.
Tong SunYou MUST ensure all trucks and equipment are inspected prior to customer rental. The latch on our rental truck was broken which caused the door to lift open three separate times on the freeway. We very well could have caused an accident had I not been driving behind my husband in our car to let him know the door had opened.
