Customer service is excellent!! Tony went above and beyond to make sure we were well aware of any and all fees that could be charged, and he was very patient with our many questions and concerns. We ended up returning the truck to the same location, and Kyle checked us back in. He was juggling three customers at the same time, all with a smile, and contacted us to make sure we knew exactly what our fees were and why. We really appreciate this Uhaul location's customer service and will be back for any future rentals!
Debbie WFolks should note that the trailer hookup process could take a while (20 minutes vs 10) because the trailers aren't at the main site; they're across the road behind a locked gate and may need a bit of time to get to and hook up to.

BRIAN LI see both sides to this comment, but as a customer I questioned not having paper rental agreement... Although no issues, trailer was and is perfect, I did not possess a paper rental agreement (maybe it was sent to email but I never saw it) the tennessee trailer plate had a expiration sticker in 2022. No explanation to an officer or paper either... Just a suggestion

SONNY JNice owner/manager. Everything was good with the truck. Easy pick up. Trucks are in a very secure place. Easy communication. Also they have cheap storage and storage equipment (mattress cover, dolly, etc.). Will use again.

Thomas MWhen returning the U-Haul I could not actually park it at the designated location because I was not given a gate code to access the area not to mention I can't even scan any bar codes or QR codes on the vehicle or location front, additionally I can't access this purchase to even confirm that it was returned. The whole transaction appears to be deleted yet still charged

Gwen GFirst truck we picked up had an engine light on and an alarm that went off every two minutes for traction control and it shook like an earthquake as you slowed down and idled. I brought it back and they gave us a truck with such a dirty windshield that I almost got in an accident as the sun was coming through the dirty windshield and I couldn't see anything. I will never rent through that facility again.

Sam DHorrible to drop off under self return. No space for 26ft truck. I love you u-hual and the service, but today in a holidays was horrible to drop off. Even the customer service line was so unhelpful. I asked if anyone could help figure out how to self return at the roseville sight and I was told, "no one can help you".

Patrick SU-Haul's limited supply of car trailers has left very old trailers for local rent. While this trailer was maintained and clean, its age definitely showed while traveling at freeway speeds. Yet I am thankful that this trailer had improved brakes over the last trailer I rented from downtown Sacramento. I recommend renewing your old stock.
