The equipment was clean but it seemed to have some issues with its suspension, wheels or axles. It creaked a lot and had something going on with it just not sure what

Everything was good in this frozen tundra.

BERNARD SShould/could offer some of the U-Haul supplies at this location? Was looking for Mattress/Box Spring plastic covers. My comment on the customer service: This particular day when renting a trailer, a very nice older gentleman went above and beyond to help me!!! With customers coming and going, phone ringing, and rentals to go out, he had more than enough chaos to deal with as only employee that day. I overheard that the owner was out sick. I waited patiently with other customers, observing how much he had to do!!! When the employee went to help me with the trailer rental and put the hitch on the van, there was no PIN in my relative's van. The employee was most helpful, in that he took the pin off his own truck's hitch to get me on the way. I gave him a few dollars, thanked him; I would have had to backtrack 15 miles to get to a small town hardware to purchase a new pin and return! This location is in the country and I wasn't familiar with the area. I provided him a few bucks for the pin and I was out of his hair for the day, but he had a line of people waiting on him. Anyway, Happy 80th Birthday Ralph!!! You are the example of an excellent employee that day and provided above and beyond customer service for U-Haul!!!! Thank you! :)

Jonathan GI had to drive 45 miles out of my way to drop- off the trailer at this site. I attempted to contact the trailer service representative two times to change the drop-off location without a return call. Very unhappy with this matter.
ERICA SPeople there were very friendly and helped out any way they could to get me on the faster.
