We arrived with our trailer for drop off and no one greeted us. There was no instruction as to where to park the trailer and no assistance unhooking it, although the staff was outside when we arrived. After waiting close to 30 minutes, we finally went in search of assistance. Very unprofessional

Make sure the truck is safe to drive. The truck I rented has broken passenger side mirror. It's keeps swaying away from sight . I can't see the coming coming on the passenger side . Almost had an accident , Keri's fixing the passenger side mirror .
