Excellent all around
Thomas BIf the location does not have the requested equipment you should be notified BEFORE the rental. I didn't want to drive 20 minutes away to pick up a dolly. The mobile pick up process is confusing as well and the customer service person I spoke with was extremely rude and less than helpful. I have rented 4 UHauls now to move my student and my experience has gotten progressively worse.
Christina MTruck broke down which was really inconvenient. Truck was also covered in snow.
Katie TAt first the person there was very curt and told us he would not help and to use the app for the drop-off. He did assist finally with the key issue. The person at Uhaul I chatted with said to put the key under the mat which didn't seem the safest.
Frank SCalled ahead of rental to confirm some details. Everything was ready and clean upon pickup. Mobile pickup process was smooth and encountered no issues.
Jason PThis experience is actually enough to make me never choose Uhaul again. I reserved just a trailer on line and then got a call telling me it wasn't available anymore. I feel like I got conned into paying more money for a truck that wasn't needed. Then to top it off I had to check in and check out on my phone or pay even more money. I ended up having to call because the website would not work. Really bad experience. Pick up and drop locations were acceptable.

Spiro TWe got a 10 foot truck and wasnt aware it didnt not have a pulley on the back. It was very difficult to load things and took longer then anticipated because of it therefore we paid more then originally quoted. It was a disappointment.
paul rThis was a fiasco - the gentleman at mj self storage refused to help and uhaul failed to send me ANY NOTIFICATION that this was a remote pick up that I was to complete on line!! I waited over a half an hour for the guy to show up not knowing I was supposed to complete transaction on line. Uhaul was NOT HELPFUL when I tried to figure out what was going on.
Michael GThe service air bag light was on the truck, the website was down to pick up the truck, I was on the phone a total of 2hrs and 30mins to get everything taking care of the day before and day of, the only good thing was the guy at the storage place to pick up was nice. As far as uhaul everything was a mess and aggravating.
Chris YPrior to picking up the truck, I received an email from U-Haul stating the total cost of the rental. I arrived with this amount of cash in hand only to be told I also need a $100 deposit. Why wasn't this included in the email amount. I selected a drop off location from the U-Haul website. After I picked up the truck, I received an email stating to drop the rental off at a different location per our conversation. There was no conversation about a drop off location. I dropped the rental off at the U-Haul directed location on a Sunday. On Monday I recieve an email with a receipt for an additional $28 for insurance coverage on top of the $56 U-Haul insurance I purchased. I called the drop off location to request clarification why I was being charged for additional insurance, and the person at the U-Haul drop off location was not able to provide any information, and stated that he is not a drop off location and was not expecting the truck. I called the pick up location to request information, and they were unable to provide any information also. I'm currently waiting for a return call to address this additional charge. I'm very disappointed with this service.

DAVE FContracted vehicle not correctly done. Contract vehicle had incorrect vehicle in contract. Owner says it was the fault of U-Haul's computer reservation. He realized the mix up when the mileage did not match to the vehicle issued.
RANDY RWaited 1 hr 20 to pick up cargo van after I already made a reservation. Delayed my entire move. Very very poor service.This site needs to be closed until they can properly train employee.
