Parking onsite would make it so much better. Also having all 3 checkin desks manned early on weekends to make the lines go faster.

OMMER RAUFI booked my rental for 830am which means the office would be closed. Unfortunately, the app wasn't working properly for my to pick up the rental. An employee came in to open up and though the office didn't open until 9am he helped me and was very pleasant about it. This employee went beyond measures because he could have made me wait until the office opened. I was on a tight time frame and could have been late. Sending him tons of thanks

Mark ElliottRemove this location they're lazy and inefficient in performing the job while conducting great customer service. Run a national compliance program on your authorized dealer locations. Determine if they meeting standards and provide UHAUL professional service. Create methods in which authorized dealers can get direct connections and access to uhaul to handle problems and issues. The wait for me was 45 min and most of the time was being on hold waiting for a uhaul rep. to answer.

JOHN BRUNDIDGEI had a 1:15 reservation at Exxon on Merritt blvd and the truck never showed up. After driving to two separate U-Haul locations and waiting over a hour on hold on the 1800 number I finally was able to get a truck at the Rossville location 2 hours later then I was supposed to. This caused me a huge inconvenience in my move not to mention the addition $20 after hours drop off fee I was charged when I purposely scheduled early in the day when I would be able to drop off before the location closed as well as the additional miles I had to put on the truck by having to go to a further location. Very disappointed with this rental.

This is a ridiculous amount if time to wait being as though everything online is supposed to be faster. If I use this service again, I will not use the mobile check in. I would have much rather went into the store and had the associate help me, because it would have cut the process time down tremendously.

Had to make more trips with smaller vehicle. Tried to return it with app. Didn't work. Place I rented from was supposed to be open but wasn't. Weren't answering phone either. Was on phone with customer service for nearly 40 mins trying to fix it. People on phone From 1-800 number extremely nice. But I will get from some other place next time Even if it means driving further.
Michael GoadHector from Perry Hall Self-Storage was terrible! Because of changes in my business, I needed to keep the rental for an additional three days. He basically called and harassed me repeatedly because he had another reservation for the truck. I understand his frustration not being able to meet the customer's reservation, but I am a customer too! Overall, U-haul has been a great experience, but I will never use this location again!
Stacy MosesMake the check in experience easier. It took me 40 minutes to check in with your app. I have been using Uhaul for decades. Never returned the truck late, never left a dirty truck and always left the tank at or above what is was when I rented it. It seems like every time I rent now I have to jump through even more hoops. You called my sister who was sleeping at 6:30 am. It's ridiculous. I'll try Penske or one of the other guys next time.

I was there for almost 40 minutes (30 minutes after my reservation time), but Hector and Tim, the guys in the office were great. It seems like there was a widespread system issue, but it had not been communicated out, so they were flying blind for some time.
Charles PayneThe back tire was low & it wasn't until I went to lock the truck with the provided lock that the key didn't open the lock. I had to pray my things were not stolen the night after loaded my things. I questioned it the tire being low an asked if there was a way to put air in it and was told it's just due to the cold air. I drove it home, loaded my truck, unable to lock my things up after. Came out the next morning and the tire was flat. Not happy
