The entire rental experience was amazing… Marie, is great; engaging, friendly, and just a delightful. The truck did not drive well, had a severe alignment issue and the air conditioning takes a few minutes before blowing cold air.

I had black mold on some of my things I had to throw away. There is no reasonable sized or commercial trash BIN ON SITE that would benefit clients. Maria had us take the trash out not only that it was pouring rain our car was filled to capacity she gave us no empathy on our situation knowing that we drove 12 hours to clear out the storage unit even after buying a van JUST to dump furniture. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE OR COMPANY TO MY PEERS.

We have used storage facilities in the past and Self Storage USA is by far the best. The facility is spotless, there is always carts available and a lady can feel safe going to her unit. Also the layout is simple, not a crazy maze that you can get lost in. Maria in the office is amazing and loaded with information for all your needs.

Rates are getting far too expensive. I started out what should've been $80 -$90 something dollars a month when I signed the contract quickly became $150 within six months. It was too much especially during these times. My rate was changed twice within a short period of time that I had the storage unit.

Everything was perfect, in fact the unit was cleaner than my own garage! My only complaint is the rent kept rising which made it difficult to my budget. If I use the facility in the future I think it would be a benefit to have an option for a committed rent for a year with no changes. The final 40 increase was the reason I vacated. I loved working with Maria, she was very friendly and understanding when I fussed about the rising prices almost every 3 months!

I really did love the staff but I think that it sucks that they don't pro-rate you when you move out of the storage unit early. I learned a valuable lesson ask that question before moving in. I'm almost positive the company rented the unit instantly. So they have my $50 plus the new customer that rented the unit most likely it was rented the same day. Nothing against you ladies you were the best.
