This location had the audacity to rent a vehicle to a complete stranger under my personal information and when I wanted to address the problem the lady who answered the phone was completely rude and told me that it was not there problem and to call the 800 number to solve the issue. Note! Im in the phone right now with the 800 number and so far I have been waiting on the line for 58min and 53sec AND STILL NO ANSWER.... I hope they didn't use that rental to commit any crime because Dang! I'll be having cops on my door without me moving a finger. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE FROM THIS SELTZERS GARDEN CENTER IN WILSON NC for renting out for business and money and not caring for customers safety.....YOANNE D.

They charged me 33 dollars more than they were supposed to..I payed to have it /4 hours, and brought it back in 2 hours. Filled up gas. Cleaned it out. No excuse.Michael M.

The lady had a terrible attitude, after running our credit card she then told us it only had quarter tank of gas. So during the gas crunch having to find a gas station that had gas was a whole lot of fun. (Sarcasm). And she wouldn't adjust the 8 miles that we got charged. We estimated 60 miles. We drive 52. Never will do business with seltzer's or Uhaul again.sean P.

Make sure you have correct pickup and turn in sites correct before you confirm a reservation. I reported to the location on my confirmed reservation to pick up trailer only to be told they didn't have a trailer and my reservation was at a different location. Seltzer's Garden Center manager was great and I would definitely recommend that site. The problem is with on line reservations.Fred L.

I dropped off truck at 5:20 pm Sunday evening, with info and key into convenient drop box. For Sale sign out front; I hope they will continue in business. I've used them before; very helpful in the past. Got a phone call the next day telling to turn truck in at Lucama, NC site; informed lady that it had already been done earlier at different place; she checked and said OK.Jesse B.

Person who helped me was not wearing a mask and sat across a desk (less than 3 feet away) from me. It's incredibly irresponsible to not wear a mask during a global pandemic that has killed more than 160 000 people in the US alone. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know.Chad R.

Let's start with I had an appointment to pick up a trailer at 230 when I arrived I was informed that the only person who handles the uhaul was gone for the day. A very nice guy told me to go ahead and take the trailer and when I return it I can do both pickup and drop off paperwork. Well the trailer broke down so bad the ebrake engaged when a mechanic finally got to me he said that the trailer should have never been rented. The drum was so bad It had over 8 cracks in It and the brake pads were fused to the drum turning with the wheel. It turned a 3,5 hour job into a 12 hour job. In the end the trailer had to be put on a flat bed and delivered to my house. I am extremely unhappy and I don't think I should have been charged for this rental. The following day when The trailer was due back the woman from that location called me and said when do I plan on bringing the trailer back? I explained to her what happened all she said to me was don't you think you should have called to say what had happened? I told her I did call customer service and that we were waiting on a flatbed tow truck to come. All she said was huh and hung up on me. Then two days later I got a bill for the rental even though I had requested to speak with someone before being billed. This is sad truly sad I should have been called to discuss this matter instead of just billing me and charging my card. This was a sad way of conducting business If I was hired to do a job in timely manner and this was far from a timely manner I would have lost time and money. Just billing me shows that U-Haul clearly does not care about my business and if I am being treated this way how many others are never again will I use Uhaul I'll pay more and use another company. Maybe elsewhere I can be treated fairly and kind.Barry G.

I used the mobile check in and out feature. Unfortunately, I accidentally over filled the tank with gas. The tank was about 1/4 full when I picked it up, and I returned it with about 3/4. I don't think I should have to pay for the mileage I put on it since I overcompensated for gas. It was 50 $to fill up the tank so I definitely overpaid. I at least would think I shouldn't have to pay for the mileage.Anna E.
