You need to improve your 24/7 service or remove it all together it is a super stressful process for no reason and wasted almost an hour and half of my rental time .

Shaolin MckinleyI have used this location before- the staff is knowledgeable and always provides excellent customer service! However, the scheduling and U-Haul app was a nightmare. The reservation location changed, which was no problem… but instead of picking up via office it changed to app only/truckshare. I avoiding this because we had a problem with it just a few weeks ago. After 3+ hours, local office and U-Haul customer support/trouble shooting we were finally able to access the reservation and pickup. This affected our schedule tremendously. I hope usually is able to rotate and remedy this issue soon.
COURTNEY JONESOpening and closing the lock was difficult, it needs a lubricant, and more space to maneuver.

Taron SpruillThis was our first time using a U-Haul truck. Had no clue how to do anything but they assisted us through the entire process, and explained how things work. I would recommend renting through here when you are moving!
Shaylene WarembourgWorst customer service on both ends. First, the Uhaul customer service agent I booked with straight up lied to me about a military discount and about the added costs. Then the Uhaul distributor office forced me to take insurance even though it was not required. They told me that if I did not take the insurance I could not have the rental. I contacted customer service again and they told me that they were not allowed to force me to pay for the insurance. Once I returned the vehicle I told the manager I should not have to pay for it. Even though it was during business hours when I dropped the van off, they were not at the office. I was told to leave the keys in the drop box. The vehicle was pristine. 30 minutes later the manager called me and said they would refund me for the insurance if I choose but then they would be billing me for wear and tear on the vehicle, saying there were small nicks and scratches in various locations. This was a complete lie. She stated there were scratches on the cup holders and the glove box. I never put anything in the front seat and there weren't any passengers. It's not even possible for there to be damage in that area. She said if I kept the insurance then I didn't have to pay for the damages, even though she admitted to me that they weren't actually filing a claim. She strong armed me into paying the insurance and then basically extorted me into not demanding the refund because if I did then I would be billed for hundreds of dollars worht of non existent damages. I will absolutely NEVER use Uhaul again. I'm completely disgusted by their criminal behavior and their treatment of military Veterans.

This location was clean and the personnel were pleasant and polite. The truck itself was an older model and reinforced my opinion that I will never rent a U-haul for a long distance move.

A secure storage facility was definitely essential to that process. He was patient, informative and extremely under-standing. He let me know client confidentiality was a pillar at Semper Fi! My time renting space from Semper Fi was wonderful; ease of access to my unit 24 hours, clean facility, secure/safe grounds anytime of the day or night, great value for the price! I also had trouble understanding the closing statement upon moving out; Jessica took time out her busy day to explain the statement and ensure I did not incur any unwarranted charge for the incoming month. I do not know where one organization got such kind, compassionate individuals, but, they make this facility stand out from the rest. I will be recommending to family, friends colleagues. Thank you Jessica & Jim!!

Then we get a phone call about being charged that was taking care of. Now here it is almost 2 weeks later and got an email saying they are charging us now the wait is over 20 min and still after 20 min no answer!

I did have issues with my vehicle after I left the facility that were associated with "lot rot" but it was expected since the vehicle has been sitting for 15 months. The battery had to be completely replaced and the tires flattened out which caused vibrations past 70 mph when driving. Customers should be mindful that these issues do happen and to speak with the employeeS about their plan to prevent lot rot. Access hours: For a storage facility that works mostly with military members, I felt that access hours should have been a bit flexible vice the standard 0800-1600. Obviously this is just my thought and the facility can run their business as such, however having the availability to pick up a vehicle if you can coordinate with the facility prior could benefit both parties. The facility could change an after hours fee and the customer could have the option to pick their vehicle up at a time that is more convenient for them. This could also be an option for drop off.

Gloria HumphreyDoing the 24/7 is a total nightmare/ fail, I tried it but struggled every step of the way. too many questions. Setting up at home on the computer wasn't too bad, but when your onsite trying to go through the process it is very difficult. If you were able to check in at home and out at home it would be less stressful and confusing. Or if you were able to print out exact instructions ahead of time that really worked, and more streamlined. I was able to get help but for the most part it was a fail. the help that I got was wonderful. You have good people working for you.

UHaul did not have the equipment I had reserved ready. I had to go to another location to get it while paying for mileage! I will never use UHaul again!

It rained while I was transporting my belongings and water came through the leaky corner and into some of my boxes, ruining some of my belongings. The location was convenient for me and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Larry AdamsThere was some confusion about the location of the truck that I reserved online. I went to one location and was told I needed to be at their other location. Went there and did the paperwork, only to find out that the truck was sitting at the original location. It was not that big of a deal as the two locations were only about 5 minutes apart, but it was inconvenient.

JOE GRIPPOThe equipment was clean and ran fine. The issue I had was that the steering in the truck was so worn that for my 1000 mile trip I was fighting to keep the truck between the lines. It was veering back and forth because there was so much play in the steering. I called the uhaul customer service number to ensure that the truck was repaired prior to the next rental and was told that a rep would contact me within 24 hrs. I still have not received a call, 3 days later. I am pretty certain that if an inexperienced driver does a long trip in that truck, they have a very good chance of wrecking. When I dropped the truck off I told the person receiving it of the issue and got an, "ok", as if it went in one ear and out the other. I don't want compensation or even an apology. I just don't want a dangerous truck on the road that could be repaired for less than $300.
