Windshield wiper blade came off in the torrential downpour we had to remove the blade and flip the arm up to keep it from scratching the windshield. It was a very long drive home with only one wiper. The clerk only said that's terrible. No compensation was given for having to drive in a unsafe vehicle

The only consistent down-side to this, particular, location is that the U-Haul computer interface is always very time consuming. Other than that, the staff and equipment are Always of the same High Standards that we have come to expect from U-Haul . .

At this location everyone is very very friendly helpful and my family and I have always had a awesome experience here . I do wish you guys would have a pick up truck in Angels Camp California. It's a really good location to have that kind of availability

Other than not being able to check in using the U-Haul app, my experience could not have been improved. Personnel were courteous, helpful and accommodating; the truck was pristine.

Senders Market in Valley Springs is an exceptional store. I love going there and the folks are wonderful. I was a CS Manager for nearly 40 years and I can tell you they have the best dedicated group of individuals working for them!! My only issue is with the antiquated uhaul system. You really should invest in a more up to dates bd efficient program and a new pin pad that you can actually put a card in. Your website says "send message update directly to store" and you click on it thinking your sending a message to the store and in fact they don't even get it!! So annoying and it's always a long process to pick up and return because if your system. Do your customers and senders market a favor and update the computer system! Lord knows I've paid hundred and hundreds of dollars in renting trucks from you from there in the last 70 or so days!!! Thanks!!

Sender's was the location I initially wanted. The people were fabulous and after the numerous mixup by U-Haul and the various movers, on both ends, their excellent assistance helped immeasurably.

I was charged for multiple days when I only used it for the day. I contacted U-haul via their website days ago being told my case was moved to management with no response since. I emailed their customer support with no response. I have a pdf contract stating I was only renting for one day and where I was dropping it off, I took pictures with time stamped photos that I emailed with you guessed it, no response. If I don't get an answer soon I'll be forced to dispute the charge which is a huge pain.

The wait was atrocious! The guy helping me was nice enough but he charged me twice on different cards when he told me it would only be 1 charge… something like 1 was only a hold on the card and it wouldnt go tjeough… but it did.

Since drop off is in a hardware store; its difficult to find someone that can help with Uhaul return. If not for one woman employee there I would have been waiting indefinitely for someone to appear at the UHaul desk.

Have someone manning the return desk. it took almost 25 minutes for someone to come help us. When she did she was very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect! Truck was ready to go when I got there to pick it up, the paperwork process was the fastest I have ever seen, usually you wind up waiting for some reason, but not at Senders in Valley Springs, Ca. Super nice people, explain everything very well. In and out in under 10 minutes!

Make sure the equipment is ready to go and that what the computer says you have is accurate. Running lights didn't work, one tire was flat and one was bald. Diana tried to give me a different trailer but it couldn't be found. Then found one at another location 45 away which I rejected due to distance and direction. Diana then called uhaul to have someone repair the tires. After about an 1,5 hours I was on my way. Found out after I left the running lights didn't work even after the person that hooked them up said the lights all worked. Everyone was very friendly and helpful but with better check in and check out procedures this wouldn't happen.

There seemed to be only one person who knew how to run the uhaul counter. It took abt an hour to get the truck. Then the system went down & no one could get into the system.

Picking up was smooth and easy. Associate was kind and courteous. However when I returned the truck , that turned out to be embarassing degrading and humiliating. I will NEVER do u haul business there again. I saw that the truck floor was dirty, the overall truck was not very clean. I noticed stuff in the floor behind the seat. I really didn't check it out real good because I was only going to have the truck for a short time. I went by my machanics, parked on cement not dirt, he was doing some maintenance on my car.Went to stockton for lab appt, parked on a black top parking lot. Went to my grandsons in valley springs parked on gravel. At no time did I park in dirt and track it into the truck! I had a bottle of water, a soda in a cup with a straw wrapped in paper and that's all. I was in a hurry because my mechanic was waiting outside to pick me up. When I gathered my purse, i was holding my cup of soda, my hands were full i left the water bottle in the truck didnt even think about the straw paper. The z associate told me she had to check the gas and mileage. She was gone long enough that I started wondering what is she doing. When she returned she said you need to get your trash out of the truck or you will be charged a ,$25. Cleaning fee. I said you got to be kidding for a water bottle and straw wrapper, all the while thinking about the condition of the truck when I rented it. She continued to say you have trash in tneir. I asked like what? She said the cup and I don't remember if she said more stuff in the back then she said there's seeds I believe she said in the console, she has pictures of it, which I didn't see, I needed to go. Then the kicker.....she said the truck is dirty and has trash in it. " you can take the broom and sweep it out and get your trash out and you won't be charged the cleaning fee" I to!d her I'm not doing any of that you can charge me and I will never do business with them again regarding u haul and as you can see on tbe invoice i was charged!!!! This was all done in a public setting in the store. Anyone close by could have heard the conversation. I felt dirty, like a nasty individual. I didn't appreciate it one bit. I'm 76 years old and to be talked to like that, and acuse me for the condition of the truck, not believing anything I said and to continue to stress the condition of the triuck and the cleaning chg....really great customer service. I'm battling malignant melanoma. I couldn't have cleaned the truck if I wanted to. If I was guilty of this I would have been more than happy to do what is right. I'm guilty of leaving a water bottle in the cup holder and a straw paper in a tray on the door not thrown in the floor, seat etc. If you want to reach out to me my number is 2094915462. The reservation process and continual pickup location changes were beyond bothersome. The agents over the phone were not helpful and sometimes disrespectful. The reservation thru final pickup location confirmation was the most stressful part of our entire move. U haul must invest in training over the phone agents. Your regional asset manager was terrible.

Came in for a $20 truck rental returned early and was charged $140 by manager Dave who charged extra to fill tank that wasn't full when rented as that jerk claimed. Wouldn't even buy from crooks
