The facility was good as it was a storage business on the edge of town. Had an issue with Internet connection that caused issues delayed me picking up the rental. Other than that everything was fine.

The online checkin was a bit tedious. The online checkout just flat out didn't work. Tried 4 times to checkout over 20 minutes. Kept kiciking us out when the checkout was almost complete @ then we had to start the whole process all over again. Tried to call in but checkout but it was after hours. Called the next day & was assured that they would take care of it
