Great staff!

Sentry Storage has always been very helpful and courteous to me. They helped me with my move in to the Belleview area, and with my move out of the area. The staff is very friendly and professional, they know how to help their customers. I want to thank them again for all they did for me and i wish them well. The equipment was well maintained and kept. The store is very clean and easy to find what you need.

The tires were almost bald and the person who checked me out changed the location of the drop off that I had picked online from 1/2 mile away to almost 12 miles away from my destination without telling me. I had to back down a narrow dirt road to get the trailer hooked up when it could have been waiting on the pavement in front of the store as they knew I was coming U haul is going way down hill

Appreciated the attention to safety during the pandemic. Customer entered the store without a mask and was told they needed to wear one. Customer left.

Where I picked up truck never did walk thru with me and there was a lot of damage.i was lied to about the drop off location storage unit size.i had 22 people to help and we were standing around two hours and had to change locations and lost all my movers but 3 for the next day(Monday).it took approx.7 hrs verses 2.the truck struggled driving.water got inside truck the first day of trip and I sent email about that with no response back,then the 2 location even though there was carts it was still a lot of walking just to get to the units.i have used uhaul several times before with not 1 issue until now.i wouldn't recommend uhaul today to my worst enemy.then they said in Rome location for your trouble we will discount your bill.100. They discounted and my feelings it should of been much more for all the trouble and my movers had that they all came and wasted there time and the gas .plus gas of the few the next day and the bull crap I had to go through

Both assistants were exceptional very happy you do need more than 1 person at location I dropped off at.

You folks have drop off places that don't exist so you spend time and money running around.it's poor business practice to waist people's time and money.poor poor poor.this doesn't apply to the storage company this falls on U-Haul

Went there 3 times and nobody was ever there. Not even sure what building they work out of because only building on site had all windows covered so just left truck and car hauler by other trucks and they did have a key drop so I left the keys in it. Hopefully someone came and took care of it and got my name off of the stuff

What does the suggestion does it really cost that much for blankets and does it really cost that much to have a dolly on every truck just a suggestion have a dolly and blanket on every truck

No problems whatsoever. Facility.is neat and orderly, truck well maintained and ran well. Agency personnel are well trained, very cordial and know the business. Very likely will use their services later this summer later. Have already recommended Sentry UHaul to others and will continue to do so.

Once again I are directed to drop off my truck 10 miles away from my closest location. Thanks Uhaul! Super job! and to think i rent 8 truck a year. Boy do i miss Ryder.

Had a reservation at 10am. Got there and the place was closed. Found out from someone nearby the the guy running the location wouldnt be back until 5pm. Severely changed my plans for the day.

Try to get a new model to rent.

They told to park out front, when I got back. The way people parked a truck and a trailer. They took up so much room. They didn't leave me room to park the truck. So I parked it on the side. When I received the truck the gas light was on I put 40 dollars in gas I left it with a half a tank. I drove the truck about 43 miles I was charged about 50 miles. Thank you.

The gentleman there was nice. I'm waiting on final appraisal then I will be using my storage. Just happy to find one at a reasonable price here.

Staff was great, was disappointed since suggested via u haul as a facility with the first month free option with rental of moving van that they would not acknowledge and apply discount

Customer for over 14 years. Cleaned out unit 8th of the month. Called to ask that since we moved out only 2 days after our auto-debit payment that we might be refunded. Told that "policy is policy".
