A terrible experience. I don't like doing your work for you. I want service. I would not rent from U-Hail again unless I can go to a location and get service. I didn't like giving U-Haul $35 worth of gas. There was a mileage discrepancy when I picked it up. So I paid too much in the mileage charge. AC not working in truck. But what does it matter. I'm talking to a computer.Ian P.

I think you need to work on simplifying your app. In hindsight it worked well but considering a regular customer might use your service only once per year it isn't really clear how to navigate from the start. Also locations that are only via app should be notedPatrick F.

Business Seoul Market appears to be included as a location indicator only, business employees not aware of u-haul processes or helpful in resolving hiccups. No dedicated parking spot for u-haul upon returning to the lot. U-haul phone employees not aware that an account creation is required, there was no guest login as indicated step.sukhdev M.
garbage process.. your app is just awful and I wasn't able to get the code. I had to wait on hold with the main line for an hour.. Dianna Hernandez was a huge help and was the only good thing that came from this experience. They also didn't supply the appliance dolly as requested which forced me to have to rent another truck the following week. I have rented from Uhaul 4 times over the last 6 weeks - and only ONCE out of 4 times has the experience been okay and I got all that was ordered (furniture dolly, blankets, appliance dolly - 3/4 times they weren't provided even though they were reserved) - horrible experience and sadly, I've used Uhaul enough now to know this bad service isn't just a 'one off'... its systemic. The Android app did not work, was stuck at taking a photo. I couldn't take the rental. I had to borrow an iPhone from someone else to get the vehicle, as well as return it. The overall experience with the app is also clunky. Much to be improve to integrate a mobile experience with your business model.Alain B.

Mobile check in process is terrible. It's slow. They cold call family and work which is embarrassing and pointless (as these people could lie anyway). The app sucks overall. I have used U-Haul for 10 Moves in 15 years and I will never use them again.Cody H.

The utility trolly that I ordered online was not with the truck when I arrived to pick it up. Extra upsetting as I double checked over the telephone with the location staff and the Uhaul call center to be sure it would be there. I was then charged for 2 days rental of the trolley after I was assured it the charge would be removed from my bill. Extremely poor communication by the site manager who never called me back about the situation. In addition, the back gate of the truck was difficult to open and became stuck several times, as if the track was blocked by something, but was not. Definitely not impressed with service or vehicle this time around!Michelle C.
My pick up was switched to a parking lot Nothing was said I had to open a lock on back off truck I finally found a convenience store that was representing you there address was different then side of main building. Unfortunately there computer did not connect to app and neither did contact on phone I was talking to Truck was dirty with old food under passenger seat and some white sugar maybe in back off cab I was extra charge for miles I did not drive But not credited the gas I put in as I was left with empty tank so after waiting an hour to try and get Truck I then had to get gas I feel cheated on a 8 hour rentalDave A.

Very difficult to access the vehicle. Codes were not sent. Lock was sticky. Help line was not helpful. Very dissatisfiedPeter M.
Location changed at last moment... very unsuitable and inconvenient for me. Difficult to find venue... language barrier at busy convenience store. Will never use uhaul or recommend it again. Totalky ruined the day!Fred S.
The app did not work, it froze when taking the head shot. The staff in the store couldn't help me. This is the second time I had a problem with the U-haul app, the first time I was given an incorrect pad lock password. Very frustrating.Ted G.
I booked online for 9-1 and requested the option to pay with debit . Visa to hold . When I showed up for pick up the store was closed and waited for almost an hour . Talking to 5 customer service agents that put me on hold and then hung up or just transferred me to the message service again . When the store finally opened at 10 I said I wanted the truck for 4 hours and he said it was until 1 which was only 3 hours with no discount . I found the service to be quite poor and don't think I will try to book online with uhaul again .Colleen Laura K.

There was no one person available at the place. A person guided us over the phone and was very rude and unprofessional. Hated renting the truck. Never doing again!sumeet B.
The pickup location was not signed and so was difficult to locate. The inside of the cab of the truck was not well cleaned. The inside of the windscreen was dirty and hard to see through when driving toward the sun. The gas tank was not full (5/8 full) at pickup. We could not secure the lock to the rear door of the van. The battery died completely after using the 4-way flasher for less than an hour.Sharon B.

The owner of the convenience store renting the trucks was lovely; such a nice man! Checking in and out was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend this location over the big one near downtown Victoria, where service was slow and busy.Emily R.

I have rented from UHaul many times, but always from the main branch on Topaz. However this time the type of vehicle I wanted was only available for pick up at this location. The service was appalling on many levels... I would strongly recommend that UHaul severs their relationship with this outlet.su R.
