Had just a bit of trouble backing the trailer into the space in the lot. The lady was very helpful in making this happen.

Philip LDon't waste time reserving online. Have to go through same steps when you arrive to pick up vehicle. Big process and system disconnect. Have plenty of extra time when you arrive. Checkout takes 20-30 min. Staff does not know how to use systems.

Martin GYour online reservation process needs review. If you approve my drop off location when I make my reservation, it is not fair for you to change the location AFTER I pick up my van/trailer. I don't care about your excuses of why it changed. I would not have reserved with you if I had known this.

JN CPat was more than accommodating. Even though her facility was on a 'no drop' list, she made arrangements and took our trailer. She met us at the gate and walked us thru everything. I cannot say enough good things about Pat and her dealership.
