I am from Raleigh and I would have preferred to drop the truck at a location much closer to my residence, and also much easier to find! However, the person at Sexton was actually still there when I arrived and he was very helpful with checking in my rental

Very unprofessional it took an hour to get finished. They were cursing and arguing while they were taking care of paperwork. The equipment that I requested was not in the truck and the fuel was at 3/4 a tank instead of being full like paperwork said but I didn't take a picture so I was not reimburse. I would much rather deal with a more professional place. Will not be going back to this location.

The owner didn't know how to work the system. Truck smelled like cigarettes and was dirty!

The truck was clean, but the area know as Granny's attic , leaked like a sieve. We arrived at our destination with boxes literally dripping water. We had placed boxes with important papers up there that came very close to being destroyed . We we were told we had to have the insurance in order to have reimbursement for damages.

After being turned down for a 20 footer at the U-Haul in the old Burlington Mills building on north Capital Blvd, I called Sexton Auto Sales. They even sent a car to pick me up and within about 10 minutes I was driving away with a 20 footer. Since we were using the 20 footer about 5 miles from Sexton Auto Sales, again they sent someone to pick the 20 footer up and return it for me. Rick Sexton is a great representative for U-Haul.

My complaints would be that the overall cleanliness of the interior was not up to standards. The facility smelled of cigarettes as soon as you walked in, it was disgusting. The service representative could use more Professional Development to gain more knowledge on maneuvering through the computer system, Otherwise the location wasn't bad,
