All workers, but especially customer facing workers, should be wearing masks per PA state mandate to prevent COIVID-19 spread - they were not. Inside smelled like cigarette smoke.

The employee I spoke to was rude and unable to assist. None of the employees had masks on either. Well, one had one around his neck, not sure what that will do. Truck was pretty dirty and didn't appear to be sanitized. Not about this location, but I had chosen to do my transaction in person, but that isn't available at this location, which was a real pain because I didn't bring my phone... Not happy at all with this experience. Upon dropping off the truck I was also charged 20$ for fuel when I just put 15$ in the tank out of my pocket to bring it up to the level I received. This whole experience has been nothing short of a headache. I was late picking the murchandise I rented the truck for, incurring another fee from that company.

U-haul is just too expensive, I had the truck for 32 minutes and it cost me 40 dollars. I would not recommend U-haul to anyone just based on the cost. If your cost was more in line with other short term rental companies then possibly but until then I will direct anyone who asks elsewhere.

The drop-off location was fine, only rated average as it is primarily a beer distributor, rather than a specific U-Haul location, as was my pickup location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Very cold day when i picked the truck up, but after 10 minutes at my first stop with the hazards on the battery in the truck died. Luckily i wasnt far from home and gad a ride to get a jump box so i could start the truck and finish my move. Would not have expected a truck with LED blinkers to die after 10 minutes of running the hazards. Added unwanted time and stress to an already stressful day.
