Great place, polite and happy staff!! Second time using this location and I will continue to use it too.

The only thing I can see is how slow the computer system is at time of rental other than that a great experience thank you .

The location was hard to find... they need better signage... the young man who recieved the trailer was very helpful and pleasant.... Other than the signage I have no issues with the drop off.

This location is not inviting. The personnel were cold. I made sure to return the truck with a little more fuel than I received it with. Yet I was charged $60 for low fuel. An absolute bunch of crooks. I should have taken my own pictures, lesson learned.

was just a drop off lot ,no problems no real building or anything ,ok for me

The tire was low when I took it , tongue wasn’t tightened down and almost bounced off had to keep checking it , also the one chain was missing the rubber guard to keep it on the hitch it came off 3 times and was just flopping around so I had to rig it just to stay on I want a refund!!

The Associated Did not help us through the process, simply stood there waiting for us to release the trailer to him, Not professionals, Not an actual U-Haul Store,

They were very accommodating. I was glad to find a truck locally. I called around all morning and finally got a reservation for noon. Charges were appropriate for mileage and fuel usage. I would use them again if needed.

Main guy asked why I was bringing the trailer back to them. He had too many trailers? He wasn't glad to see me and took care of me reluctantly!

Secretly charged me insurance after I denied it. Price went to 177$ with out my knowledge. Truck: 39,99 Miles: 57$ Tax and total: 105$ Charged 177$….. like answers.

Hooked the trailer up to my truck. I didn't have to lift a finger. Very courteous.

The fuel when i started was under 3quarters and now im looking at the contract it say way over thats bad faith on fuel.

Enclosed trailers need a jack for people who are disabled. I was not able to unhook the trailer at all until I returned it.

Charming and wonderful people. Farm setting with all the time and care you'd like to experience. Really loved this spot.

The many issues I had were not the fault of where I picked the equipment up. They did what they could do to accommodate the rental, even though they didn't have a furniture dolly when I called ahead to verify that they did.
