Nobody was at location. I left 2 messages and didn't get a call back until following day. I was overcharged bc the pickup location didn't update the system w correct mileage. I picked up truck with 3/8 of tank of gas, dropped off with half tank. And was still overcharged. Person who finally called me back says "I just data input" or something like that. I explained my issues and still didn't hear back. Now I filed a formal complaint and am waiting for reginal manger to get back to me

Also was told it had to be returned with 7/8 tank of gas when I get in it there was only 3/4 tank. Very unprofessional. Stood in the shop for 5 minutes while receptionist had conversation on phone with her friend.
KARL S.In the years I've rented from Uhaul I have never once had a bad experience until now. This location is very unprofessional. My pickup time was 9am the lady didn't show up until after 10am, an then had the nerve to charge me an extra $25 for a bogus cleaning charge. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wish I would have read their reviews prior to booking with them. Based upon their reviews Uhaul should not allow them to represent their company.

The information was finally emailed two hours after we got the truck Be very clear that when you reserve a truck for a certain location you may be directed to another location despite the confirmation you receive that you'll pick up where are you intended The packing materials I ordered were never in the truck even though I was billed for them I want to give a word of thanks to the U-Haul facility in Waymart Pennsylvania who went out of their way to help us even though they were not where we were picking up our vehicle They even gave us the packing material we ordered free of charge Finally despite numerous phone calls and texts we were unable to reach anyone for help even though it's set our moving day back several hours

Tina Y.While I was able to get my truck and everything was in very good working order the process I had to go through for the truck share was borderline rediculous. As per instructions, I went and picked up my key continue to follow the instructions only to realize that they key in the box is not the key for my contract. After calling customer service multiple times (for a grand total of 5 calls), getting hung up on 3 times, I finally get the keys that I have switched over to my contract. At this point it's almost an hour and a half after my pick up time. I have to call customer service again because this time the website won't allow me to proceed and was unclear about the status of my contract, another 15 or so minutes on the phone everything is straightened out. I have used uhaul many times without this much trouble, I will continue to use uhaul but Thier "truck share" program needs help, I'd rather deal with a live person face to face.

Megan L.I was delayed two hours in picking up my truck. I don't know whose fault this was. I was supposed to be able to pick it up at 8:00 am using the app. I couldn't because the U-Haul service rep told me the system wasn't showing that the key was in the lock box. Well, when the pickup location opened at 10:00 am, the key was outside in the lock box. Also, there was 16 miles added to my trip because where I reserved the truck was not where I had to pick it up. Horrible and ridiculous. I'm using Penske next time because they don't let just anybody with a parking lot run a truck rental location.

Joseph K.Although, I had ordered the truck, trailer and blackets well in advance, they only had half the blankets and the wrong trailer. It took forever to get checked out, although the young man was polite and helpful.
Mark M.I performed electronic pickup only because person who I spoke to told me not to come until 9:45 to do pickup because they are "busy" even though they open at 9:00 a.m. My furniture pad were not in the truck and I had to go back to pick them up even though I told him I'd be doing the electronic pickup so I could pick it up earlier. So the time I saved I lost since I had to make a second trip back to pick up the blankets. Should those item NOT be in the truck since that's the whole purpose behind the electronic pickup?
