However, the only issue to improve on is having more staff available as to not have long wait times for an employee to clock-in and handle the return of the rental and ensure that all staff knows how to handle the rental from beginning to end. Thank you for having great customer service and explaining things in detail to make sure there were no issues or misunderstandings.
MARCUS K.My reservation was changed a few hours before it was scheduled to begin. I had already planned all of the logistics as far as what time to leave when the help should arrive and so on. You switching it last minute negatively affected my plans and was not in line with the original agreement I made. I'll never use U-Haul again.
