The drop off was on a Saturady and it was not open the key was left in a drop off box.

Thomas RThis location is great. The Thayer location is horrible. I had reserved a smaller and cheaper truck. Pickup was a nightmare and customer service was a nightmare. I decided to see if I could last minute rent from Chanute and they came through. It was smooth and easy. I would not recommend Thayer location. Go with Chanute location even if they don't have right size available. It's worth it and you'll be happy you did.

DELBERT DI rented in Olathe and had to drive to Chanute to pick up. I was told I could drop off in Manhattan Ks. The Manhattan location at 425 Yuma street in Manhattan Ks is terrible. The man operating that location should not be a uhaul dealer. Very unprofessional very dirty office. Was told that I would be charged an additional 50 to drop off at the Manhattan location. We kept trailer and dropped off in Olathe. Olathe is very well organized and nice to work with. I will not rent again from uhaul due to the run around I received.
