One tire immediately showed need of air. Mo air was available. I had to search for a place to provide air. I drove several miles before I found a place to get help. The seat was not adjusted to my needs, and I was not given instructions on how to do anything. The clock was not set to a correct time.

cora allenFirst of all, this location saved my butt because I had rented a truck from a different location and, for the THIRD time, I was unable to pick up my truck at the time for which I reserved it ("I'm running late", "I'm having car trouble", "I'm in Jacksonville, on my way.") I did NOT have the luxury to wait for an hour for them to find me a truck and bring it to me. So I drove to Sheree Boxes and, luckily, found her facility open. She called the U-Haul headquarters(?) and had my reservation of a 10ft. truck switched to her. She did this with a smile and all of the southern charm one could ask for! She got me in and out in a timely matter. I marked "NO" for the 'Equipment Clean and Well Maintained' ONLY because the tire gauge light remained on for my entire trip. I asked the gentleman who was cleaning the trucks if I should be concerned and he said that I need not worry and that it stays on. For a conscientious driver such as myself, seeing that warning light illuminated on the dash during my trip was very disturbing. Other than that, the truck was clean. So yes, I would Definitely recommend this location -- certainly over the Altama Avenue location.

Thomas FazioThe truck was turned in, half hour I returned to get the mileage for electronic return and the truck had been stolen. I returned to the shed/office the next day to confirm what was going on. The thief had used the truck and retuned it minus 1/2 tank of gas and lot of extra miles. The mgr states this is an ongoing problem. She stated she would credit my overage but it would take a few days. I will return in a few days to confirm the credit. The mgr seems very nice but in a bad location and no video or lighting to deter thieves and increase customer safety after hours.

Timothy HardemanArranged after hours pickup online. Had to arrange a ride to the location where I was dropped off and went through the entire online check in process in the cold and it said I was scheduled for in person pickup the next morning. I called the 800 number and they said that the truck had not been staged for pickup. I was in a sketchy part of town and it was cold and I had to walk a half mile with a bad hip to a place where I could get an Uber pickup. The next morning I told her I would return the truck the next day before close of business at 5:00. This was repeated twice. I rushed to get the truck back at 4:30 and they were closed. I went through the online process again and got it turned in, but not with the promised ease of handing in the keys and leaving. I will not use or recommend the location ever again.
Kenneth SmithDropped off trailer after hours. There was nothing telling where to park it. App wouldn't work so I put it by front of building in parking spot. Lady calls me in the morning and says I have to come move it. I live 3 hours away. And charged me 20 bucks to move the damn thing 20 ft. Bullshit

LINDA HARRISCheck the trucks dropped off after hours. I was given a truck with holes in the roof that were undocumented and unnoticed until we began loading the truck. As a result, several of our belongings were soaked.

paul ferreThe facility is not configured to carry on business and greet customers. The office is a storage building, muddy parking lot, limited staff for assisting with equipment. Most importantly- did not have equipment that I reserved, which caused MUCH INCOINVENIENCE! I reserved a 20' truck and had to take a 26' truck, which would not fit into the yard where my storage facility was, thus necessitating loading all of my belongings into a pickup truck and then ferrying to the Uhauil...not acceptable!

Kimberly SavidesI opted out of online check-in when I reserved the truck. I was notified the day of pickup that I had no choice but to complete it online because the location was closed. I was charged $7 for a dolly that I requested, but there was no dolly present. Truck was on a quarter of a tank and the reservation process of a nightmare. Disappointed is an understatement.

William BustamanteDO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE!!! we rented a trailer to tow my car. Kenny (works under the table), the person that helped hook up my car to the trailer had no idea what he was doing. my car was pulled to far forward causing damage to my vehicle. It was estimated over $1K worth of damages. We filed a claim with the insurance we purchased through them and the claim was denied because THEY OWN the insurance that we purchased. So of course they are not going to pay out a claim. When we got to the drop off location, they had to use blocks and jack up my car and set it on blocks to get it off the trailer. If not, it would have ripped the entire front end of my car off.
