The clerk at this location was very friendly and processed the transaction in a timely manner with no issues. Since this location is on a dirt lot and not paved, I rate it average only because of that.

Horrible car, needed alignment would not go straight. This was an unsafe vehicle that I was given. I was also given the car with less than 10 % gas left, almost empty. Inside was full of mud and disgusting. Pickup point was horrible place and very unprofessional. I will be disputing this charge with American Express unless a full refund is given by Uhaul in the next 48hours.

Took an Uber there at my reservation time, the entire computer system was down and after waiting over an hour and no promise of the system coming back had to Uber back home. Besides the money wasted, I lost a couple hours of work which will not come back to me. I'm fairly certain Uhaul will do nothing to compensate me but we'll see.

Do not offer your contactless pickup option for locations that do not have this ability, nor do they know anything about the app. It was a terrible experience. They could not figure out how to deal with my online reservation in person. They couldn't get their credit card swiper to work. I gave them cash, only be told (after a phone call to another locations supervisor) that they don't TAKE cash. It took a very long time and was incredibly frustrating.

The cars are always dirty inside and outside….. need a person on duty to wash them …. Don't mind paying a bit more for a cleaner car

The truck wasn't available when I reserved it, I had to wait two hours for it thus messing up my schedule and resulting in me having to drive double miles which cost me more money. . When I turned the truck in I mentioned a safety issue to the attendant and all he wanted to do was discuss about if I caused the safety issue and if I would have to pay for the safety issue which was not a result of my rental. He either was not very bright or just did not care about his job . I guess I shouldn't of even mentioned there was a safety issue with the truck

The gentleman who helped us was fine. However, the windshield and cab were dirty. Not a big deal but disappointing for the amount of $ we put out to rent this truck. Pickup location was changed morning-of and far from where we had requested.

Great location and good customer service. It's under 101 Freeway and Hazeltine. However, the dirt ground needs to be improved. If it cannot be paved with asphalt or concrete, at least put some gravel over dirt.

The (one) employee was super helpful and had a good attitude. Many thanks to him! But he could use some help... There was just one person processing everyone, so there was a large line. The facility had spider webs on all surfaces. It could use a good pressure washing.

There are 2 problems. 1- He ask me to sign paper before get truck. i signed paper before see how gas tank was ful. We checked together with him and saw that there was gas less than i signed. He asked me to bring truck with same gas level. He charged me gas no matter it was same level as i pickup 2-i drove truck 4824 sunnyslope ave to 129 N clark Dr Beverly hills and come back . i checked it was 25 miles. He charged me as 50 miles. Could you explain me how its possible go beverly hills and back is 50 miles. Even i choosed estimate 38 miles. To be honest i was expecting pay around $75 but he charged ne $114. I felt like cheated. I'm not happy.

When I picked up the truck, the worker was not very helpful and moved very slowly. Overall he was not professional. Also it was very busy when I picked up the truck and dropped it off, it seemed like there needed to be a second worker to help. Both times there was only 1 and it was frustrating to wait so long

Hidden charges, excess fuel charges (4 gallons for 11 miles?) and an undisclosed "$30 fuel service charge" [we would have thought that that would be included in the $2/gallon excess fuel charge]. Highway robbery

The location being under a freeway overpass felt a little out of place. But honestly given how negative my experience was picking up my vehicle in SF, the person who helped me at this location made up for the fact that their location felt a little shady.

The gentleman that helped me was an excellent employee; very helpful, polite, and cares about customer needs. The location is a temporary one, obviously- so hard to comment. However, I think the employees should at least have a fan!!!! It was miserable hot with no relief in that location.

Reserved a 9' van a week previous to when I needed it, then was told the day before I couldn't get it--had to take the next size up. But things worked out--Alex, my contact, did everything he could think of to work things out. I didn't get the van in the end, but the next size up truck worked out just fine, so I consider it a good experience. Alex was great.

the only problem that I think , it should be in consideration for your company is that, when your employee goes for lunch, they put the sign it said, " we will be back in 30 minutes" . but we dont know what time they went for lunch, I was there today at 1,20 PM and the sign was saying " we will be back in 30 minutes" , so I was confused, did not know what time they went out , so I had to say in the lot until 1:30 they came back to work.

The young man working at the facility was outstanding. Very professional, great attitude, and knowledgeable about the products and the area. He directed me to exactly where I needed to go to purchase an item prior to renting. 5 star!!!

I had a horrible experience at the uhaul on Hazeltine in Sherman oaks. I waited for 1 1/2 hrs. to rent a truck. I had a rude customer behind me who kept on interrupting the attendant while he was getting my paperwork ready. the young man who was attending was letting the customer be rude. I had to tell her myself to wait outside because I was giving the attendant my personal information. The situation could have been handled better. The customer service was horrible. I went to drop off the truck the following day. The guys was trying to reach the manager I even left my number and no one called me back. If anyone needs a uhaul truck do not go to the one in Sherman oaks on hazeltine go to the uhaul in North Hollywood on victory Blvd or on van nuys Blvd.

i tried to return my uhaul at night because uhaul advertises its 24/7 returns. this location had the gate padlocked closed and would not allow it. no dropbox. i was not told this in advance and was inconvenienced after a long move. i will be posting this review on google, etc. worst uhaul experience ever.

Make the hours clear, and note that there is NOT 24/7 access or after hours drop off. I had to pay for an additional 8 miles and more gas because I could not drop off the truck when my rental ended. Staff is slow and unconcerned with customer service.

They double booked the van and asked if I could return it early, I said I needed to get gas. They said it was urgent I return it ASAP so they'll waive the gas fee. I returned it at 9 am but they were closed!! They said they were running late and to leave it parked nearby and drop off the key. I did. Then I had to go to work. Of course, the did not waive the gas fee or offer anything extra despite me going out of my way to return it early as a courtesy to them. I'm upset and would like a refund for the gas fee

i didnt put excellent and only above average because i had to wait a long time, but thats only because there's just one guy who works the front office, and they constantly have technical issues/system crashes/slow computer etc, so i dont blame him for that, they do need to upgrade their computers, and thats the reason the mobile pick up doesnt work so well, but the guy who helped me, had long hair, was really cool, laid back, didnt give attitude or anything, and was very apologetic for the wait time. Also i actually like that its under a freeway, its like from a movie!
