Lock box was open, so didn’t need code. Felt that it would have been easy for someone to steal keys. Did not receive dolly or blankets that were paid for.

They need to have any sort of dedicated area or staff for the Uhaul rentals. This location is a car wash that has a Uhaul key box. They also did not have the truck I originally reserved and only had a smaller truck. In order to get the keys to the truck, I was given a cell phone from one of the car wash employees and on the other line was who I assume was the manager asking me questions to verify my truck rental. So there's no point in selecting the quick pick up rental option. There was no lot to leave my car so I had to leave it on the street where the Uhaul I was given was located. Drop off took way too long. Instead of just dropping off the keys I had to move the truck to a lot across the street since there was no parking at the car wash and wait for the car wash employee to come back from moving a car that was being washed so I could give him the keys.

Include pickup instructions and teach basic customer service and manners to the employees at the car wash who are managing the handoff of the truck and keys. The employees seemed annoyed at my presence and just handed me one of their phones saying “talk to the boss”. The truck is parked tightly along a curbside and would absolutely not recommend this location for anyone.

Absolutely the worst a uhaul experience I’ve ever had!!! The location was a car wash. One of the men washing cars had to call uhaul rep on phone because he never showed up. I had to put a nasty cell phone to my ear. The uhaul rep asked me all infor.again. He did not have the dollies or blankets is requested. He also added the insurance protection without even mentioning it to me. Then I was given the keys with a broken key tag and was instructed to find my Uhaul! They were parker across the street in front of a park. I then had to inspect the truck myself!! The truck was dirty as well!! And only had 1/4 tank of gas so when I turned it in so I had no choice but to turn it in with a little less than 1/2 a tank of gas!!! I’ve always received a truck that had a full tank of gas!!! This has never been the protocol in my previous dealings with Uhaul. Very disappointed to say the least!!

Remove their ability to sell Uhauls. They are a car wash that doesn’t care about their own side business. I went to another U-Haul facility to get the rental equipment I needed because they didn’t have it. Even that facility knew how bad this location is. Just look at all the reviews before booking. I was desperate so I risked it.

I reserved a 10' truck. The location did not provide a 10' truck- they gave me a 15' truck which was too big, not what I wanted and inconvenient and caused several issues during the move.

There was no sign for Uhaul, it was essentially just a key drop box on a random small building. The only reason we could tell it might be the drop off spot was because there were 2 Uhaul trucks parked on the street.

This was a bad pick-up experience. The sun was high overhead, there was no shade, and my phone-camera wasn't taking good pictures as a result. I was asked to take face and ID pictures several times. I eventually had to talk to a person to resolve it. It would have be faster and less frustrating to just go into a store to pick up the truck. I think you need to rethink this process. As for the guys at Shine Auto Spa, they were great: professional and easy to do business with. If your process worked better, I would recommend this location for rental pick-ups.

The location was difficult to find, not well marked that it was a Uhaul affiliate. There was a wait before I was helped and when I finally was the employee did not seem prepared. He had to call someone else on his cell phone to go over the pick-up details of the truck. I have used Uhaul in my moves before and this was by far my worst experience.

Terrible. Will never use this location again, and may never use U-Haul again. Look at the reviews on Google, and BELIEVE THEM. Owner doesn't show up, won't answer the phone... it took over an hour for me to get in touch with anyone to get my truck. When I returned it, the owner did not close the rental, so I got a phone call from U-Haul saying the truck was two days late. When I spoke to a regional coordinator, they were VERY familiar with the problems this location has. Yet continue to book rentals there anyway.

I dropped off after hours and they did not show that I returned it until three days later. Luckily they did back date it so it didn't show as being late. They were not there and did not answer their phone. Plus UHaul just expects you to reach out to the dealer and handle it yourself.

Resolve the issue of pickup and drop-off for TRUCKSHARE 24/7 equipment. Requested equipment was not in the truck during the lengthy app based activation process. Reservation was made at least four days prior and the night before the rental period, the requested equipment was suddenly unavailable at three other locations and the final location was at an inconvenient distance from our business location. During the app based return of the equipment, there were no instructions on where to drop-off the keys or equipment as it was a TRUCKSHARE 24/7 rental. RECOMMEND FIRING ALL THE IT PERSONNEL WHO DEVELOPED THE APP TOGETHER WITH THE CTO AND CIO FOR FAILURE TO MEET THE UHAUL COMPANY CORE COMPETENCY.

Fuel tank was empty when I drove off the low fuel light came on. Yet when I returned truck I was charged $68 to put fuel in it. Truck had a leak and got our furniture and boxes wet because it was raining.. no one was there the when I went by the next day.

Due to me picking up the truck from an unresponsive, remote franchise I was not able to acquire a dolly or furniture pads. I would like to note I DID NOT RECEIVE FURNITURE PADS! Please do not charge for equipment that was not received. Please take that charge off of my bill.

This location was a terrible experience for pickup. The man who gave me the keys to the uhaul was very unhelpful. He basically just handed me the keys and the dolly and told me to drop the keys into a Dropbox when I was done. Also since it was a car wash, it was very loud with a bunch of commotion going on. No actual parking for your vehicle on site if you planned to leave it. He didn’t mention anything about the return process (taking pictures of the vehicle online) nor anything about the fuel. The uhauls fuel level was about 1/4 full when I got it. The dolly was also in very bad shape with stone like wheels from being so worn out. The uhaul truck itself was fine.

Pathetic. Just plain pathetic. Essentially non existing location. No signs or U-Haul personnel. Nobody answered the phone I called multiple times and nobody was there when I showed up. Pathetic.
