I picked up a box and moved it from Detroit to Boston. The paper work was not ready at Detroit and I was delayed 2.5 hours. It would be helpful if this was better organized. No issues in hauling but paperwork was never correct and you did get paperwork cleared at corporate level but local people on both end lost.

The guy at the location I picked up at was awesome! So friendly and knowledgeable. I have sent others there to rent Uhaul vehicles and I will go out of my way to rent from him again!

When I called the next day to ensure that they indeed had the keys and vehicle the gentleman was very rude, telling me that I dropped off the truck at the wrong location. The contract indicated that this was the drop off location!

Hire more pleasant agents, make sure rental hours match those of the pickup locations, better ensure additional rental materials are included with the vehicle, provide contact information for when your agents are on vacation, send an email confirmation including all additional accessories and charges, and ensure people are not auto-signed up for CDW after passing on it.

Store owner was rude upon return. I scheduled an 8 am return Monday. I was told at pick up the store did not open until 9 am. I wanted to complete the transaction in person so I returned the rental a few minutes after 9 am. I was told the rental should have been dropped off at 8 am and received no thank you for my business.

The experience was great. No problems which is what you want. Bed of the van was wet which was odd (maybe because it was recently washed) but did not cause any real issue.

I ordered a van rental for the 745 am morning time using 24/6 pick up. The owner of the place calls me and says we can not do the 745 cause they are closed she he told me the keys will be in the car and use the app to get started. I got to the location and the app wasn't working. I called uhaul they said if you have the keys and got the car then just square up with the guy later and it will be alright. The guy called me around 9 to see if I got the truck . I told him I wasn't Able to use the app but I did call uhaul regarding the issues. He was talking to me like I was a dumb ass that I just didn't know how to use the app. He was not helping and was yelling at me. The customer for no reason. Issue have all the time with apps and website. He use Learn to deal with it not talk to customes like we don't know anything. Clearly we order it online and saw your the 24/7 video app. When I first got into the car the car was dusty everywhere. You can see some wrote on the dash. There was no window washer fluid and of course I need it that morning. He does care for taking care of the vehicles just wants to take the money and no deal with anything else. I so up to return my vehicle. Doesn't greet me at all. Throws a clip board at me and rudely says did you fill it up. Go to check the car comes back and once again throws the clip board back. Has me the prints me the receipt doesn't look at me and says here. I asked him if we are all does and says "yeah". No thank you, no good bye, no nothing. This was worse customer service. I understand it was very yucky out but washing the windows would have been nice. I had to race around trying to get them clean enough for a safe trip. But more importantly the vehicle was available and the service was friendly and professional. He remembered me when I called to let him know when I should be there for pickup and drop off. Excellent Communication! Also, the van was new with many nice features.
