Staff at location has no clue. I tried to return to them , they told me call 1800 uhaul. The owner or boss has no clue either. Even your guy at uhaul I spoke to said they were wrong.. so I just checked it in online and dropped the contract in the box.

Katera BaileyI rented a furniture dolly and 6 blankets with my reservation. The location told me that they didn't have these items and I would have to call Uhaul to fix the charges. Was told they didn't have access to go in and change it. I found another Uhaul location nearby and the wonderful woman there took care of us. She said she had been a Uhaul dealer for 18 years. The location ai unfortunately rented from is giving your product a bad name.

Arsheka JonesHours before my scheduled pickup, Uhaul changed my pickup location which made me drive more than an hour out of my way. Then when I arrived to pick the truck up, the truck was not set up for 24/7 pickup and it took almost an hour to get it figured out. The the shipping blankets were not in the truck as requested. Horrible experience!

Luna Jennings IIIthe service clerk literally couldn’t find the u-haul key. after i showed the confirmation code (which he said i used the wrong location) but it was the right location. i physically showed him the location and he said “oh i don’t know what to tell you” then he searched for 10 more minutes and he found the key.

GEORGE LANGSTONHave someone prepared when a known rental customer is coming in for a pickup. Make sure all equipment rented is ready and available prior to pickup.
