THIS LOCATION IS THE SINGLE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. There was no one at the location for us to pick up equipment at the contracted time Employees did not know how to use the U-Haul reservations or equipment I filled out my own reservation, as the owner was too busy running his convenience store to be bothered with a U-Haul customer AND he did not speak much English He performed no inspection nor did he even know anything about inspection stickers It took over an hour to process our pick up Process took so long, my father could not get home in time to take his heart medication, resulting in hospitalization A REFUND IS REQUESTED IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH RETRACTING YOUR EQUIPMENT FROM THIS LOCATION

This location was terrible. The staff was extremely rude when he dropped off and picked up for U-Haul. We were there for over an hour each time for something that's never taken more than 10 minutes because they would argue with us and tell us that they didn't know how to check-in or check-out the U-Haul and that the only person who did wasn't there. They should not be dealing with Uhaul if all of the staff isn't trained properly at all times. Then when I called Uhaul while we were trying to drop their truck off they told me I didn't even have a reservation even though clearly I had the truck for the last 24 hours we paid cash for the chop but my card was still charged so now I have to call and complain about that and figure out how to get my money back on the card. Never ever had this issue with U-haul before except for this location would not recommend the location but would recommend Uhaul

This location is a 'mom & pop' convenience store. The man on duty didn't seem to know what he was doing - he had to make phone calls somewhere, etc., and it took a long time to get through the process. Then, I had to ask him to help unhook the trailer and move it out of the way. He was not happy to do that but he did, in the end.

Warn them when you change the time, location, size of where they originally reserved and let them know it will be $100 more than what the website offers. I do realize that I was last minute and not many U-Haul places are open all day on Saturday because why would anyone want to move over the weekend.

Called to get help with direction to the place because GPS could not bring up directions. Person answering phone could not give much of any direction except the address. Took 2 hours to find place when it only should have taken 30 minutes to get there. They need to know how to give directions if this is going to be a uhaul drop off for out of town renters.
