The location was disorganized, the young clerk had to call his father because he didn’t know what he was doing. The actual fuel level didn’t match what they were making me agree to in the contract, there was a payment discrepancy and the clerk just told me that he didn’t know anything and I would have to take it up with u-haul. Lately, when i got inside of the truck, I had keep trying before I was finally able to turn the key in the ignition and this happened multiple times.

The staff was not helpful, not professional, not customer friendly. There was only one person in the store. They made me do all the leg work. I will never use this type of location again. This was the worse experience I have ever had with uhaul!

let me tell you a story, I booked a pickup at a different location for 24/7 only to get there this am and find they don't do that..even though my receipt said they did. I had three movers sitting on their hands for a hour while I had to find a different location. the 50 credit doesn't come close to making up for problems or what it cost me in $. although the new location was good I will not be using haul again because of the way I was treated.

Went to this location the day before using the Uhaul vehicle to make a reservation. Returned the day after for my reserved vehicle but was told there was no reservation recorded. Not acceptable. Not too happy with service and price after all was said and done.

I was mistakenly charged and overcharged for a vehicle that I didn't use the vehicle that I used I took a picture of the mileage starting and I took a picture of the mileage ending and somehow they mixed up my contract with another vehicle and charged me $211 for a rental that should have cost less than half that and they still have not fixed the problem to this day after my complaint and my proof

The truck I ordered wasn't there, despite being reserved, so they said they'd give me a bigger one at the same price since they had it. Then they charged me more for the bigger truck. I was there for an hour before getting the truck and nearly an hour trying to sort pricing before giving up. It was awful, and I will literally never use uhaul again.

Your rate is 1995 per day that means 24 hours I told her I only needed it for six hours maybe she said if I go past six hours since she put it in the computer I would have to pay extra so I didn’t agree with that but I took the truck are used it in six hours if your rate is 1995 per day I should not be charged if I go over six hours

I was mislead on pricing my rate was to be 39.99 over the phone speaking to a uhaul worker then I was charge a much higher rate for rental plus mileage and was charged 124.00 at the location not pleased. I will use a much cheaper moving company in future

Was able to rent a truck Friday without a reservation, which is difficult to do for a last minute move. Close and convenient too. Thanks. I recommend this place. It's best to reserve in advance but we got lucky that day.

Covered in spiders. Poorly maintained parking lot, building, and no real assigned space for the uhaul section. No clear signage. Really awkward watching and waiting for the person to use their phone to check you in when they have a desktop computer right there.

Service was slow. I entered a CC on line and then had to use a different card. Why would I enter on line and have to show card again? Service Station attendant didn't seem to know what he was doing. More training required perhaps

I did a walk-in for a truck, and it took approximately fifty minutes for the sales person to do the transaction. He was there by himself. He said he was having a computer entry problem. I also noticed a sign which said, "help needed."

Only 1 person working in the gas station, so every time someone needed gas, lottery tickets, or soda pop she had to wait on them. It forever to check out a truck. Was not her fault.

They changed my location on me without any warning. They were not very helpful and caused me to miss an hour and a half of work trying to figure out the location and they made me call multiple numbers which all told me different things. Locations were fine but the uhaul did not do me any favors.

I was supposed to return to a different location that I picked when ordering everything online and ended up having to return it here. The return process took a very long time as the kid had no idea what he was doing and had to have a video call with someone to tell him how to do it. I was also told I had to go, in the rain, back to the truck and bring the dolly in so he could "get the numbers off of it". Horrible experience.

The place is really small and hard to see where to turn into (it’s connected to a gas station). It doesn’t stand out which makes it a little difficult to find!

It took over 45 mins to pick up the rental as the store didn’t understand how the 24/7 rental worked and that I already reserved and paid in full. The clerk had to call his dad repeatedly until he answered for help. Also the tuck was not clean. The cargo area was dirty and the cup holder was full of water upon pick up. Reservation for 9:45 PM Left at 10:38pm. Not a good start put me very behind and stressed to start my move.

this is a gas station that only has 1 person working at a time and you cant get get checked out because they keep taking customers that come in for something gas or something else. I became irate and I was yelling and the woman working there called me a bitch. Needless to say, my experience was not good. When my turn in line came i told the gentleman at register, he took 3 more people until I interrupted him, I asked for a copy of my contract, waited a few minutes for it(no big deal) he gave to me and then continued to take more customers, that"s when I became irrate.

Dropped the uhaul off at a different location, was told they didn't have the money to return my deposit. Was sent to another location to return the uhaul and also got told here they don't have the cash to return to me either. It was a very terrible experience and I would not recommend the Streetsboro location or the willowick location. After two days of moving this is ridiculous. To charge someone money and none of the stores have it to return to me
