HAROLD GI reserved the uhaul online and did not elect the $15 insurance offer, but I got billed for it anyway and no one has responded to my correspondence on the matter. Also trying to pick up and drop off by mobile was impossible. The website asked me to track my location and I denied it because I didn't know it was required in order to use mobile pick up and drop off. Even though I followed the online help for changing the settings, it still didn't work.

James MEverything was fine EXCEPT for the fact that the inside of the truck stunk/bad odor in it. There was something dried which had been spilled on the floor of it (or it was dried vomit) so I cleaned it which helped the bad smell somewhat. Truck bed/inside should be washed out after each usage. If it was NOT for this issue we would have given an Excellent Rating.

Garland LThis place is Horrible.!! NEVER NEVER NEVER Rent from or do any business with this place.! I have rented with U-Haul many times and I have never had an experience this bad in my life. When I arrived to pick up the truck no one was there. I had to call customer service and get them to help me, which they finally did over an hour later. I had friends waiting to help me move and I could not get the truck until very late. The manager and this facility absolutely suck.!!

Sheldon MMake sure that someone is at location will trucks are being picked up. When asking for a certain size truck and you go pick it up and it not the right size you ask for, you have to accept what they ask for. NEVER AGAIN

Justin JMy only complaint regarding my recent rental, and it is a big one which would prevent me from using or recommending UHaul in the future, was that I had reserved a truck to be picked up in a specified town two weeks prior but received a call two days before the move informing me there was no truck at that location. I would have to drive 30 minutes each way to a different town to pick up a truck. There are enough things going on during a move without the inconvenience of spending an hour going to pick up the truck and then to be informed of this two days before pickup, UNACCEPTABLE
Penelope FI had ordered furniture blankets which were not with the truck when I picked it up. No one was their to talk to. When returning it the owner said they would refund me the $10 for the blankets I never got. I await that repayment.

Robin WI was charged for items I did not use. The cabin pressure was compromised, I had terrible ear pain when driving I felt like I was in a cave with the sound bouncing back and forth. I have never had that experience when I rented before. The roll up door was very hard to open and close. Overall I feel I should have a partial refund for the problems I had!

David Sit cost way too much to rent the equipment. The pickup process was too difficult and the customer representative I dealt with was rude and not helpful.
Raven BYou just need a complete overhaul of the Truck Share software. I made sure to go when the location was open this time so I would not have to use it! But when I was returning my truck they were not open, and amazingly I didn't have any problems for once...however 2 other people were returning trucks while I was there and they both had some of the same problems I've had in the past! Like it won't load the photos, or it says your reservation doesn't even exist. So I tried to help them, because nobody has time to call uhaul and hang on hold for the usual 20 minutes. Another ridiculous thing, they keep texting you all these important links, which by the time you click on them are expired, because they are only good for 15 minutes...but they don't tell you that!! So then they say just call uhaul and get another link. NO THANKS! Why on earth would uhaul want to do things that would result in more calls, when they can't even handle the amount they already have?? Above all, NEVER use Truck Share late at night. If they ask for an "alternate contact," they will CALL that person and wake them up to verify it is a valid phone number!!! They called my 84-year-old mother who is on oxygen at 2 am and said she didn't answer! Well no kidding, if you have tubes in your nose hooked up to a machine across the room, and the phone is in the kitchen, you know by the time you shuffle out there it's going to stop ringing!

ANNE JBetter customer service. They make promises that they will not keep. They will manipulate your schedule to satisfy their prior obligations, which were obviously botched as well. Understaffed and not very knowledgeable concerning their obligations or products.
HALEY NActually have the uhaul that was reserved. Uhaul called and changed my location 2 days prior and then this location was out of office and not able to handle the issues that came up. Since they were not in office they could not place the keys for my uhaul which was returned the night before in the lock box. Took 45+ to get resolved on the phone with uhaul until I could leave the premises with my truck. I wanted a 15ft truck and had to take a 20ft.

Robert KDon't tell people they won't get charged anymore and then charge them more. I was also told if I picked up from a different spot it would be $80 cheaper and I was not price matched or helped at all. Worst service I've ever encountered. Man called me from drop off place and was extremely rude and short and cost me more money.
