i was able to check in online so when i got to the pick up location all i had to do was show my driver's license. It was super easy and quick
CASEY WThere had to of been miscommunication because we both explicitly said we wanted the car for 2 days or up until closing on the second day. Neither of us heard anything about needing to drop off the truck at 2 pm on the second day or we wouldnt have booked it for a second day. This miscommunication led to a disaster since we were in the middle of travelling through Seattle with the truck. Left us no time to refill the gas or anything leading to expensive after charge.

Marshall RAlthough the staff at this location were extremely nice, my original reservation was changed to this location at the last minute which created timing issues for me to pick up at the time I needed the U-haul truck. An issue occurred on my contract when I went to add another driver for which I had to call a number which then took 1 hour and 20 minutes for a return call. Since I decided to go to lunch, the call back was while I was at lunch and I was told the issue could not be taken care of unless I was at the location so I needed to call back. I was informed that I might need to wait another hour for the call back since they were busy. I returned to the location and decided to cancel my reservation and create a new one without adding a second driver to the contract (for some reason the original contract would not let the staff remove the added driver). While the staff was super friendly and helpful, they were the only ones in the store so they had to run the cash register for other customers as they came in (this was a very busy place), as well as answer the phone while trying to create a new reservation for me. This process took a good 40 minutes. My pick-up time was scheduled for 11:30 am and I left the store around 2 pm. I'm not very happy with the whole process at all.
