Issued wrong trailer to customer.

• printed copy on breakdown of charges after use (rental) & return. Sienna Auto could not retrieve on their system and show me, such breakdown since charged amount stated differs from my calculations. More than double the amount. • called 1-800-GO-UHAUL, waited for 1 hour and 2 minutes for a live person, then called was disconnected. WHY o why?!?! • alternative was the “chat-line” which I did. After entry of my issues, my wait time was 26-minutes. After about 15-minutes from that period, chat was discontinued. It showed, I sent off-line!!!! WHY o WHY is that?!?! NOTE: could UHaul's system need an overhaul. Needs to be updated, improved, etc… First, long, very very long time on a live person. Chat was suggested instead: however, wait time was 26-min but then, later, midway. System indicated I went off-line!!!! What the heck was that. Would you like me to recommend an IT specialist to look into your overall system and see whether it needs upgrade, improvement or replacement. WHY is that? I got infuriated with me just requesting a breakdown of the charges to resolve the soonest, than wait for my billing statement from my credit card company. Kindly provide me the following: • Chairman of the Board of Directors and/or President of UHaul. Including their complete mailing addresses (not PO Box please) - I want the top brass to know what is happening down the stream of operations. Let me just see if my concern will be addressed. Yup! Just one of your millions of customers trying to provide feedback. • if you are unable to (above request), I may, just maybe, file a complaint with BBB and/or The Department of Trade and Industry. How about this: a TV station may find my scenario (with UHaul customer services) interesting and let them do their job via Investigative Segment. Who knows, your President or top brass may become suddenly popular for whatever comments they new crew want to get… Thank you for this opportunity. We had an issue where our confirmed pickup location was CLOSED when we get there. (Plus we didn't even see a 20ft truck in the lot) The location is closed on Saturdays. Confused why we continuously received text confirmations. We then had to drive to another location.
