I've rented U=Haul equipment all over the country during my 77 years. The customer service at the SignPro Hopkinsville location was the BEST of all rentals. Santé!

ERIC KThe pick up took right at an hour due to computer/ internet issues. Without resolution after trying multiple attempts, owner called someone on the phone and pick up was completed in less than 5 mins. Would have been nice to do that in the beginning, since he knew he was having issues. Instead I had to wait for an hour and could have been on my way in minutes. The drop off was alot better.
Jeremy BWe had some issues and got the truck stuck in our yard in the mud. They were very understanding and helpful. We asked to add another day to our rental and we returned it they next day. Very greatful for the service and staff of everyone :)

Tim MThe roof on the truck has multiple places where it is leaking. At least water onto my furniture. Also, the transmission in the truck clearly has some type of issue because sometimes it does not go into reverse and then slam so hard. It feels like it's going to break.

Christnia CTruck was really dirty on inside. Had to clean seat were someone had spelt coffee and console had trash and dirty.
Gerald HUpon receiving the truck, we noticed the cab had dirt and sticky residue all over the seats and ceiling. The passenger side door had the rubber seal completely falling off and not able to properly seal the door. The ramp would not come out and the back of the truck had not been swept and was filthy. We reached out to U-Haul representatives through the chat feature and were unable to get the help we needed to solve these problems. I was shocked when I answered the questions when we returned the truck that it would need to be cleaned, but stated that it was all prior dirt and issues from before we picked up the truck and was issued a $25 fee for cleaning when those issues were not my fault. I am incredibly disappointed with this experience. I have not had issues before when using U-Haul services, but was incredibly let down with this experience.

OGGIE HI have used y'all in several moves over the past few years but this time was my worst experience EVER had two wait for truck too get pick up next morning was called by y'all saying everything was ready just to find out I had to drive to another state too pick up my car Haller then was told twice there would be a push dolly at at the location then was told the other one it was just a bad experience this probably will do it for me on using y'all service anymore

Mason CFor one, U-Haul ripped us off. We were told the rental would be $75-$80 dollars with milage. I KNOW FOR A FACT that we did NOT EXCEED 50 miles. It is 17 miles from Sign Pro to Crofton then NO MORE THAN 10 MILES TO THE HEART OF NORTONVILLE. We drove STRAIGHT FROM NORTONVILLE BACK TO the gas station where we filled it BACK UP TO 7/8 OF A TANK. We were CHARGED $36 because according to the gas gauge it only had 5/8 of a tank in it which is a down right lie!!!! Because of this issue, we DID NOT have enough money in the bank for incidentals. We are VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH U-HAUL!!!!!
Stacey CThis pickup location was the result of a referral/reschedule from my original reservation to pickup in Clarksville TN. The original reservation was not able to be fulfilled due to a wiring harness that was damaged and needed to be repaired, which resulted in my needing to drive to Hopkinsville KY to pick up this trailer which severely delayed this move. There should be a process in place to ensure equipment is 100 % in working order before committing to the next reservation. This was a huge inconvenience that was not addressed by U-haul.
