2 women there didn't know what to do. I finally had to use my car jack to get the trailer off my truck. They didn't know what to do and said that they might know how to use the computer system. They were nice, but it was a little frustrating.

I was not aware of the $1 per mile rate. We also had issues trying to get the key and our reservation canceled. We then had to redo the reservation and it added an additional $47 to our reservation. We were in a dire need for the truck so we had no real options. When we returned the truck we then found out about the additional fee and they wanted another $423. So a $235 rental truck turned into an almost $800 rental for just 2 days. Go somewhere else. Not Uhaul.

This was my worst experience with U-Haul horrible location. They didn't know how to do anything. Took them 20 minutes to find the keys to the truck. The truck was damaged. Interior of the truck was full of broken glass and very dirty.

The problem was not the people at the location it was the confusion about where to pick up as I found out location changed literally 20 minutes before. I was given a $50'refund (pending) and more miles. Upon return they tried charging me an extra $85 for not having fuel at proper level and using more miles even though I was nowhere near the promised extra 100 for the inconvenience of picking truck up 32 miles away. Uhaul needs to get their heads out of their nether regions and communicate better. Luckily a rep was able to dispel the charges but wasted nearly an hour of my time in the process. I may be using a competitor next time
