If you are preparing to send customers to side businesses/“neighborhood dealers” the process needs to be straight forward. The location on Sinclair Rd in Columbus, OH had me call a 3 different reps before they would give me the keys. When I finally got through your rep, who was also confused, asked me all of the questions I already filled out online. Nobody knew what they were doing. It was ridiculous. On top of that the truck smelled. I consider this whole process completely unprofessional and frustrating. We will not be using U-Haul again going forward.

The process of picking up the truck could have been smoother. The attendant told us to call a number, the person on the phone said the truck was ready; I had to ask the phone assistant to call the store in order to get the truck releases to me. It just seemed like a faulty process, but I would do it again.

Customer service and interpersonal skills were extremely lacking. The owner's behavior was rude, impatient, and demanding, and his wife, who initially began helping me, was speaking on the phone to someone else, I think about my rental, but it was hard to tell. Avoid this location!

The inside cargo area was muddy. The ramp was covered in mud when I picked it up. I had to mop out the cargo area and wash the ramp before I could use it. I should charge Uhaul a $100 cleaning fee!
