SAN JI rent UHaul trucks and trailers pretty often and this was one of my fastest and most convenient experiences. They have a gas station, so you can replace the fuel right there when you return - it's some of the cheaper gas in Alice, too. They have a good convenience store if you need snacks or drinks for the road. I only needed a truck for some local hauling, so I parked my car there while I had the truck.

YVONNE CI really enjoyed this U-Haul dealer. Staff informed me of there usual policy and procedures but catered to my individual concerns an request. That overall made my day before I even left the lot, but then when I get back to return the equipment, these guys offered to help me with my gear and even recommend a big tasty burger right in house 勞勞勞 talk about AWESOME!!! Very clean restroom to get freshed up. A.c. worked well in there for this south Texas heat. Over all my years from renting from uhaul this little dealer in Alice, Texas was by a long shot THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Great experience. Great staff. Great store! Will definitely recommend and be back every time I'm working in that area! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!! ⚓️

jose sI wouldn't gave them one star but I had to. The lady came out to the fuel pump and started going over uhaul...I wasn't even done pumping gas. She told me I need to walk inside and ask them for a broom and I said for what? She said the truck was dirty. There was a bunch of little berry's on the bumper and you could see that they were old because they were stuck to it. So...the lady tried to be funny and laughed as she looked over to the parking lot and said well......there's no trees over there....I laughed back and said I didn't pick it up from here. Oh after that she was mad. She jumped in the uhaul looked at milage and said I owed like 95 dollars...I tried to tell her I already paid in advance...she didn't want to hear it. So I knew what she was going to do. Charge me again. So I just moved money from one account to another....what do you know. She called...yelling saying I had insufficient funds ...I told her again I paid already. I told her it was pending on my account....I know it's because of weekend and my bank will have pos till Monday. I told her that and she just went off saying that it's waiting for uhaul approval....I could go on and on but I should of know to go to a drug dealing gas station...thinking about the whole situation....thats what I get for giving them the benefit of the doubt l....NEVER AGAIN!!!

DANIEL EThere was no employee, we were on a tight time frame and it took us a while to find the employee. She couldn't find our reservation and had us going back and forth within each other. They should be at the service desk if there's a reservation. We rented due to an emergency but will do everything possible to avoid this location again

Anthony SStaff was very rude got upset wen I payed five dollars in change out of the 75 deposit said it was annoying because they had to count it I didn't even want to go threw with the payment at this point I was embarrassed and upset with the aditude and disrespect from the employee. I had money in a card but the employee said it couldn't be used had to be all cash or all credit card payment could not be split the equipment worked perfectly everything with the dolly was great but my experience with the employee shouldn't have happened
jOSHOUA GRented a 12 x 6 the inside was 12 x 6 when I went to load up my ATV the ramp in the back with it was 5 feet didn’t fit took it back they didn’t want to refund my money didn’t use it it says 12 x 6 an it’s not The back gate is 5 feet

juan fThe fact that the the rental came with an empty tank pissed me off and I had to spend an additional 50 just to get I to a quarter tank or I would be charged for it is very unacceptable. You put the cost of fuel on me and I only drove 7 miles total. I can't believe I had to pay 50 dollars in fuel for 7 miles. I will be forced to rent it one more time in around a week but this will be the last time. Next time I'll just use my pick up and use up my diesel. What a rip off, is all that came to mind.
Rene PI rented the enclosed 6x12 trailer. The only thing I won't recommend is that the trailer does not come with a lifting leg. You have to manually pick up the trailer and set it on your hitch. Definitely have to have two people to lift and make sure to load the trailer while its on the hitch or you'll never get off the ground.

Robert NDidn't agree with the price but I had to get it. And an old bill came along after 5 years . And had to pay that said it was late being checked in like I can control your people.
