Lower the cost of renting a car dolly I paid $630 for a car dolly that's a little aggressive like 300 or something I feel that would be fair

Brandon SThe attitude of the person up front this morning 8/3.when I picked up the uhaul nobody told me what to do after hours I walked around the whole building no drop box. Called the 1800 number they told me if I didn't feel comfortable leaving the keys which I didn't cameras or no cameras there has been break ins and I'm responsible for the truck. So I took the keys. 7:30 am they were blowing my phone up when I finally got to it. I answered ND she was rude. Well I took the key up there and she tried to tell me they told me where to leave it ND there are cameras everywhere so it shouldn't be an issue. I didn't have energy to waste on arguing with her BECAUSE NOO I WASNT TOLD I WAS TOLD TO SIGN HERE AND HERE ..GRABBED MY KEYS AND LEFT WITH NO EXPLANATION! So do better! If you expect something make sure you explain it to whomever you need to before the problem comes to head.

misty mGreat location and had everything cleaned and ready. Very friendly people. The only two issues that I have are that the straps to tie down the tires (and they are normal sized tires) was too short by a couple of inches. This made it extremely difficult to strap down the tires, at one time it proved impossible to strap down one tire. Second issue is that yes, the mileage that was allocated for the rental was adequate for driving simply to and from. BUT, where I moved from had construction which has made the road directed by maps extremely deadly, thus I chose a route which was less deadly, but in turn was more miles than allotted. I would recommend that there be a "cushioning" allowance of mileage for this type of issue.

David HThe tires were not inspected properly. I had a blowout while traveling down the interstate. I pulled off at the next town and proceeded to wait for 3 hours despite it being 6pm. I had to drive across Texas and this delay forced me to drive in the middle of the night. The service provider was unprofessional and fishing for tips after taking 3 hours to drive 40 miles.

Gregory CI made my reservation with plenty of time the man that made my reservation he wouldn't have a time til Sunday and I could have it Monday morning when they opened. Sunday afternoon I get a text stating my reservation was ay 1pm on Monday the 30th. Could not reach anyone due to being closed. I called Monday so I could get my truck and they tell me it's not in yet. WHEN I finally get the truck I get a text stating to have it back by 4:45pm. I called and a girl said that's because we need it at 8a.m. on Tuesday. I've rented u-hauls lots of times and THIS WAS MY WORST experience EVER. 100 % not satisfied at all.
Norma SWe just had a little misunderstanding about the times. I wanted to pick up earlier if I could. She was extremely helpful and considerate. Everything worked out, it looks like. I'll know more when everything clears through my checking account.
KENNETHJ WThe location was great. Uhaul did not give me enough miles for my trip. I had to add more which costed more. Then Uhaul tried to take a day off of the trip. Not happy with either of those things.

HARVEY PI would suggest bringing Managers from other locations to view this operation. I have always used Uhaul, multiple times a year. The staff was beyond helpful and extremely discreet knowing of the reasoning for needing the truck. I had to remove my daughter from a violent marriage without anyone including her Mother knowing. Not only was the staff trained throughly, they also continued training another employee without disengaging from me. Additionally, the entire compound was impeccably clean. I mean literally not a piece of trash or cigarette butt anywhere to be seen. Amazing.

Martin VWe had reserved a U-Haul weeks before in Odessa and for some reason the Odessa location rented are truck we had to drive to Monahans to pick up our vehicle. They were very nice in Monahans and I would recommend anybody that needed moving to go there.
Mary QMake the cost transparent. Instead of charging me for four days when I only needed the car hauler for one day. I was told I could probably get a partial refund on a $400 charge if I turned in the trailer early. I turned the trailer in the next morning in Yukon, Oklahoma and was told there was no money given back for turning the trailer in early. I believe I was misinformed up front in terms of actual cost and the possibility of getting part of the money refunded by returning the trailer early.
Seth BI rented a Uhaul and paid the aproximate 160 give or take. I asked the woman who checked me out if there would be any aditional charges and she said no. When looking over my credit card statement I was charged over $260.
Brooke MOffer of trailer size needed. We had no Choice of size. Was forced to use much smaller trailer. We needed a bigger trailer. Forced use to give away r trash items that we would have kept.

EVERRETT WI was promised an invoice online and so did not get a hard copy when leaving the drop off store. I have no idea what I paid for the move. Is it possible to get a receipt online? The receipt you sent me showed that I had paid nothing and that I had a zero balance which is not helpful later when I file this on my taxes.
Paul HThe truck had damage to the back and the right grab handle had a sharp shard of metal that could cut one's hand. The truck cab vibrated badly driving down the road. The cargo inside the back rode great!

Brad BTruck wasn't very clean. Employee from the store went to the truck before I got into it to clean some dash areas, but she cleaned it with windex glass cleaner. Did not use any type of sanitizer.
Betty FLeft back light wasn't working properly and kept turning off & on while hazzards were on.
