Uhaul can improve by giving accurate information when someone calls directly. Uhaul customer service told me I could use cash at pick up site, but when I got there I wasn't allowed to use cash, uhaul never told me that I had to pay for insurance, but at site there was a charge added, uhaul told me I wouldn't have to pay or have a hold put on my card for any mileage until I returned the uhaul but at site I had to estimate mileage and have a hold put on my card for the estimated mileage. I had no problem paying these fees, I just think when you call customer service and ask questions you should be given accurate information.
