My experience was a horrible one. I went to collext the truck and at the depot there wasnt any service or internet. The agent tried to call his colleague to no avail. Then he gave me the keys to take the truck to the other depot where i was to get the dolly. On my way, i got a call from this depot and the guy on the phone accused me of stealing the truck. I was so opset because i was given the keys and i didnt take it. Well i when to the other depot and the agent made me the contract for b9th the dolly and the truck and i paid CAsh with a 100 dollars deposit.

Mark MeyerThe uhaul trailer fishtails above 45 empty and when full it fishtails alot more would not recommend the trailer I used it needs to go in the shop for a alignment and tires I've pulled alot of other uhaul trailers and this is the first one that is trash please fix for safety of other costumers thanks

JERALD ELLISI rented a truck and drove it literally 9 miles (check the mileage on the contract.) I was exhausted at the end of the day and did not stop to replace the one gallon of fuel I would have used to go 9 miles. I was willing to pay $5/gallon extra to replace the gas I used but I was charged a $30 refueling fee and $15 for 3 gallons of gas. If this vehicle used more than a gallon of gas to go 9 miles it needs to be replaced. I drove a 30' RV hauling a 4000 pound car from Colorado to Kearney and got 10 miles to the gallon! $45 for a gallon of gas to go 9 miles???? Absurd! I will avoid using Uhaul at all costs from this point forward.

Carolyn HenryAfter driving a few miles we discovered a flat tire. Were told to go get a new tire installed. Wasted 3 hours of our time running around and waiting for tire installation. Ended up with 2 tires being installed. You owe us for our time and trouble.... Suggest $75

LEANN DITCHyour truck was the worst truck I have ever drove,you can't keep the same speed,the drivers floor board was very tight, the mirrors could not be set so I could see out of them ,the seat was very uncomfortable all in all it was a very bad driving experience oh and that $5 a day extra charge for nothing I think it is bull shit and another way to steal money you make way to much as it is with out stealing an extra $5 a day from your coustermers
robert nelsonThe salesman tried to charge us more than the quote with little explanation as to why. It felt very underhanded in the way he did that. Truck was missing a front blinker light which is a safety issue.

Robert KingProvide a list of what will be needed to pick up a vehicle with your "24/7" pickup - meaning - you do all these things in advance - like taking a photo of the front and back of your Driver's License - and yet you will have to do that AGAIN when you attempt to pick it up. So why bother in the first place? Also - someone has to be at the location to provide you the physical key - so it is hardly available 24/7. U-haul equipment is usually wonderful - once you can get your hands on it - but it is ALWAYS a painful experience to try and get it. The paperwork is wrong or the truck is only available at another location than you selected, etc...

christine schadeIm giving a low rate score due to the morning of my move, there was a massive error on the pickup location & I had to drive all over a city looking for the correct one that HAD my reserved uhaul. Not a good situation to be in when its moving day & lost over 2 hrs of time doing this. The original reservation said 1 location when I ended up driving to 3 differant places. Plus they added an extra $100 deposit fee which wasnt mentioned at all during online reservation. Prices seem way to high for being a necessity too for relocation.
Andrea GrayTrailer was damaged when I got there. Had to wait and have it rewired at the tongue as it looked like there had been an accident of some sort as the wirers were all cut. The team took care of the wiring and it worked but the wait made the day longer than I planned.
