Had a terrible time with mobile check-in.This location was closed and I had to use mobile check-in. It did no work properly and I was stuck at the location. By luck the owed came in to drop off another vehicle and was able to help after over an hr of waitingJason S.
This was the worst experience I've had with Uhaul. I ordered the Uhaul a month and a half ago and ordered it from the rockville Maryland location and a drop off at point pleasant location. The day before I moved, I got a call saying the truck is in Frederick maryland which is 45 minutes from my house. The drop off location is 30 minutes away from my new address. The amount of gas money and inconvenience this caused the move was ridiculous. I will not be using Uhaul again.Jillian W.
The phone check in wasn't working I had to wait for an employee to help me. The uhaul was so dirty mud everywhere and it smelled of smoke. The pricing is outrageous. You promote $19,95 but end up charging over $150 including gas. Next time will use trucks from Home Depotâ€¦ much cheaper and cleaner and easier to get!ASHTAN H.

First let me say that the gentleman that helped me was FANTASTIC! Very friendly and helpful! And the location and rental area was spotless and easily accessible. However, the vehicle provided was very very old. The odoometer was well over 120k. No backup camera and we felt the transmission wind up and drop and lurch the entire time using it. Had we been given a discount on the rental to make up for the failings of the truck, I could have overlooked the age and condition. It was clean, I will give it that. I felt ripped off for the amount I paid vs. the quality of the rental.Stacey H.

The ratchets on the hold downs of the car hauler I rented were rusty and did not function correctly, and the safety chains were hooked up incorrectly.WALTER S.
Reserved truck for 5:30 - location sign said open and when I called I was treated as an Inconvenience for expecting them to be in the office during business hours. They arrived 25 minutes after my reservation time and then the manager a short man wouldn't even walk out side to show me my truck instead he was extremely rude and told me I did not have to get my uhaul from that location. Unfortunately when my pulls the closest location there isn't a huge red â€œPIECE OF SHITâ€ label on the business and I have used uhaul plenty of times and never had an issue. This man was the most the professional representation of uhaul I've ever seen. I will certainly be taking this experience to the top as I literally had to record myself asking him to clarify which truck and once he was on video he then finally came and showed me and verified fuel.STEPHANIE G.
Learn how to work the reservation system for 24/7 pickup. If you've listed your hours as opening at 10am, then make sure someone is on-site and ready to do business at 10am. The truck we picked up had trash and someone's eyeglasses in the passenger door. The truck was reserved for 24/7 pickup at 930am. On the day of my pickup, I opened the app and discovered the truck was now only available for hand delivery and I had to wait until 10am when the location was supposed to open. Someone arrived at 1012 and blamed the inability to pickup on the website. My thanks to Chelsea and Trish at the regional area office who worked with me to make sure I was able to get a truck and honored the guarantee.DONALD M.
I was originally sent to the wrong location and it took over another hour via calling other locations in Frederick before I found the location I was tobpick up the truck. Then I supposed to have it until 7 pm but the guy said 5 pm. It was 7:30 when I returned the vehicle full of gas.EDITH T.

When I picked up my truck all of the equipment that I reserved was not in the van and when I called the location to let them know they were not helpful and then when I returned my truck they charged me got the missing equipment and also charged me an extra day for the truck that they should not have charged me. The staff was not helpful at all and very unprofessional and I would not recommend this location to anyone. I would tell anyone that is looking for a rental to go to another location and stay away from this one.Kyheim B.
It said the location would be open until 5. I dropped off around 3 and they were not open. The door had instructions to complete the drop off online, but there were some issues with the link so it took a long time to complete the drop off. I chose this location because it was supposed to be open, and i would have preferred to talk to a person to finish the drop off.Jenny B.

No outside Dropbox. Called and knocked several times. They were supposed to be open. Waited 45 mins. Eventually someone inside FINALLY answered their phone and opened the door. Pretty sure the guy was asleep or listening to music.Tory F.

My problem is with uhaul, not SJ Trucking. Uhaul, your service was horrible. Customer support- horrible. And on top of it, overcharge me? HORRIBLE. Bad reviews all around. Refund the money you shouldn't have charged me in the first place.Christopher L.
