David BHorrible customer service charges for gas when the gas was already at the level I picked up at :( very disappointing
Al HI was charged for gas and I put equal the amount of gas in the vehicle as I had when I picked up the vehicle. The customer service I received from the start in Buffalo where I picked up the truck until drop off was a horrible one. Even when I mentioned what's wrong with the customer service I was told call the 800 number and when I masked for a manager I was told I am the manager and then I asked l's for the General Manager, I was told I am the general manager. I've never seen such unprofessional people as I did at this UHaul I never have these problems in New Jersey. I feel everyone should have the same training throughout the company because everyone must do things differently.

RICHARD SBecause of the issues I faced at my pickup location(s), I had two different return sites that were not clearly communicated to me. Skippy's personnel were able to help make the necessary adjustments to help me get everything returned to their location without incurring extra expense for me.

Lynn AThe car was completely dirty and full of tobacco smelling, it's annoying 冷濫 and disgusting. The smelling forced me to open the windows instead of the AC. How every you charged me for an hour, the same as 24 hours. Please keep eye on cleaning and hygiene system.

Shanna Mleaning up the office, sweep away the cobwebs, fix the lighting so it's not hanging free, sweep the floors, pick up trash and other miscellanea in the waiting room, make the entire zone not smell like the garage it's attached to. Clean up the grounds of trash and debris, mow the premises. The truck smelled of cigarettes. The truck worked fine, and they had it in stock, so we got a truck and truck worked, but everything around that base fulfillment needs improvement.
Nickolaus DSkippys was able to guarantee a truck and transport for my move to San Diego. The Canton Ny Dealer just kept telling me there were no trucks! While Skippys is not the cleanest office in the world, they got the job done as promised!

John ZThis isn’t about this location they saved usi originally reserved one at Baxsters in Massena we got there and they didn’t have the uhaul they had a smaller one sitting there I asked to use that I only needed one for a few hours I would bring it right back the tail light was out I asked if they could fix it I was told no they didn’t know when they could fix the bulb that was crazy they couldn’t take a few minutes to look at it so we had to go way out of our way that ended up costing 35 in mileage we only had one trip like 2 miles and this isn’t the first time Baxsters messed up on me I have rented quit a few in the past years they should of pd for that extra mileage but Skips saved us !!

Francis OI had water damage to my leather couch from a closed box truck and your insurance carrier admitted that the damage was from water, but denied. My claim. Seriously the reason I rented a box truck was so that my cargo would arrive at my destination in the same condition it went into the truck. So no I would not recommend a UHaul rental to anyone

Shari GI was called at 2:00 p.m. and told that the day of my reservation had to change otherwise my reservation would be canceled. The representative told me on the phone that I had to pick the truck up at 4:00 p.m. in order to keep my reservation. So I only had 2 hours notice. When I arrived to get the truck, the representative informed me that they did not have a utility dolly that I had ordered. When I got in the truck I noticed that the check engine light was on, I went back in to let the girl know and she said not to worry about it. Lastly, when I got my bill, I was charged for the utility dolly that they did not have.
