Very dirty hard to find location. When dropping t off. Man said drop the keys on the counter. Will get to it.. truck was at 3/4 when it was picked up and made sure it was at 3/4 full when it was returned. Then I get a charge for 24.00 for gel... it was also returned before 5 pm

I called Skips 2 hours before pick up and no one answered so I left message I would be there 45 min before they close at noon . When I arrived at 11:15 they were closed. I was deeply distressed and called Uhaul customer service who have been Great ! while speaking we realized the truck was left for me Unattended with the Keys in it and half tank gas but not the blankets I ordered so I could not protect my Furnature. The customer service rep from Uhaul on the phone Processed my Credit card and drivers license for me and because i was a repeat and Valued customer Allowed me to take the truck to my destination in Vermont! If I was Uhaul I would Not use Skips auto as a uhaul pickup location.It would be nice to be given a partial reimbursement for this horrible experience but I don't expect it Thank you

The email address for questions bounced. And the is a $98 charge for "Coverage' that is not explained. No way to ask about it. Very poor.

This was the worse uhaul experience I've ever had. I brought truck back to where I was told then got three calls over two days saying I hadn't brought truck back. Then because I got lost finding the place they charged me 2.60 for going over the mileage. If I have to chose a moving truck again I will never use uhaul.
