This is a very small location. The counter person did not seem to fully understand the process. They were also a day late reporting the return the equipment.

I had to wait an hour for final approval via my phone to get the keys out of the lock box. Through the process I talked to 4 Uhaul reps and my reservation got cancelled once. I was scheduled to pick up at 9:00am and dint leave with the truck until 10:08. This is not the fault of Skips Auto Service. This is Uhaul inability to instruct their customers on the process they need to go through and the length of time it takes them to approve your info via your phone. Customer service also isn't a help. They just tell you to follow the phone prompts and can't assist with speeding up the process. An hour! Why isn't this done prior to pick up. Nonsense.

Very dirty hard to find location. When dropping t off. Man said drop the keys on the counter. Will get to it.. truck was at 3/4 when it was picked up and made sure it was at 3/4 full when it was returned. Then I get a charge for 24 for gel... it was also returned before 5 pm

representative didnt walk us out to vehicle and do a walk around. he also didnt check inside for other rented equipment (dolly) that we had paid for.

It is a garage & not very clean & there was a large Rottweiler behind the counter that scared the Dickens out of me. The owner was not very personable.

Individual processing rental order seemed totally unfamiliar with the software involved.

I called Skips 2 hours before pick up and no one answered so I left message I would be there 45 min before they close at noon . When I arrived at 11:15 they were closed. I was deeply distressed and called Uhaul customer service who have been Great ! while speaking we realized the truck was left for me Unattended with the Keys in it and half tank gas but not the blankets I ordered so I could not protect my Furnature. The customer service rep from Uhaul on the phone Processed my Credit card and drivers license for me and because i was a repeat and Valued customer Allowed me to take the truck to my destination in Vermont! If I was Uhaul I would Not use Skips auto as a uhaul pickup location.It would be nice to be given a partial reimbursement for this horrible experience but I don't expect it Thank you

The email address for questions bounced. And the is a $98 charge for "Coverage' that is not explained. No way to ask about it. Very poor.

This was the worse uhaul experience I've ever had. I brought truck back to where I was told then got three calls over two days saying I hadn't brought truck back. Then because I got lost finding the place they charged me 2,6 for going over the mileage. If I have to chose a moving truck again I will never use uhaul.

over charged and box had cockroaches in it!!!!!!!

Would not recommend uhaul to any one.price was $300+ more then I was told and the box area had cockroaches in it not cool at all
