Easy check in and out at this location. Very smooth.

Horrible experience. Our truck wasn't available for mobile pick up at the time we scheduled, so we had to wait 2 hours for the location to open. The curb next to the uhaul trucks was covered, literally covered in dog shit everywhere. The uhaul service representative was not personable whatsoever. Will never use this location again

Was a little confused working with the online pick up and drop off, but got it figured out.

When we first arrived at this location the guy behind the counter got an attitude because we didn't reserve our truck online beforehand. Then we told him we were only going one way and dropping it off at a different location and we found out when we got to the other location that it was around trip so we called and asked if we could drop it off at another location on our side of town and they said they were going to charge us $200 extra for not dropping it off where it was supposed to be so we were kind of mad that we had to drive all the way back out there out of our way to drop a truck off because he got it wrong when we reserve the truck

Was charged a full day for extending the reservation just 5 hours. Lame!

It took me 1 1/2 hours to get my rental truck even though I had a reservation time. The person at drop off tried to say I needed to put more gas in the truck, thankfully I took a picture and proved to her that it's the same amount that was in there otherwise I would have been charged $30. Wait time to talk to someone was anywhere for 10-30 minutes and I got transferred like 3 times and hung up on once. I will not be doing business again with U-Haul which is a shame because I used to really like their services until now

I dropped off the truck &checked in online. I didn't have any interaction but it was easy to find with google maps-. Definitely not marked well though.

The young lady who helped me was very nice and went above and beyond to help make sure I was not charged for extra miles after the Flagstaff Uhaul forgot to adjust my milage after changing my pickup location to Spring Valley.

First location I was sent to for pick up was a Velero station. The person said they could not help me. Long story short I had to WALK to the next pick up location to pick up my truck. I was late for the mover helpers i had hired because of this. Very poor service from the Valero, very poor.

Employee was not very familiar with computer system. Had to help him correct errors on agreement.

Paid for a dolly and was not provided. Gas level was lower then marked. Front desk had no idea what she doing. Took forever for reservation. Had to return the car because dolly was not provided. Was told should dispute and waiting
