My experience with U-haul was absolutely HORRIBLE. First of all, I requested to have a Utilities Dolly for $7.00, but when I got at the store. It was not given to me, because U-haul missed to add with the truck. Additionally, I am charged $20 for after-hour service fee, which I have no idea, why? Why am I supposed to pay extra if you are closing your store earlier. When U booked, it was NOT included in the reservation. Only, when I got at the store, the person working there told me to pay additional $20, because they are closing the store earlier. WHY? My reservation does not match what I am charged for. Overall, your entire service is HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE. I will never ever book a U-haul again. This was the first and last time. I am going to recommend others to NOT booked U-Haul as well.
Ghaus HussainiThere was a $13 fueling charge - the manager may have told me that I needed to return the vehicle with the exact amount of fuel still in it, but I don't recall that when I picked up the vehicle. Otherwise, the rental experience was good. Will note, though, that the vehicle was American and posted distance and speed in Miles/MPH.

As a loyal customer, I have always trusted U-Haul for its reliable service, but unfortunately, my most recent rental fell significantly short of my expectations. Firstly, when I arrived to pick up the truck, I was dismayed to find it in an unclean state. The vehicle was very dirty, which is not only unsightly but also raises concerns about hygiene and sanitation. To provide evidence of this issue, I had promptly uploaded a picture of the dirty truck during the pickup process. Furthermore, I encountered discrepancies regarding the fuel level of the truck. The online pickup process displayed a different fuel level compared to the actual amount in the tank. This inconsistency created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Moreover, the process of inspecting the truck's body for damages was impeded by outdated pictures provided online. The images presented did not accurately reflect the truck's current condition, resulting in the need for me to meticulously document the numerous scratches and small damages that were present on the vehicle. This unexpected delay significantly prolonged the pickup process and caused unnecessary frustration. Regrettably, the most alarming issue was the presence of an illuminated engine light on the dashboard. This warning indicator strongly suggests a problem with the engine itself, which raises serious safety concerns. It is deeply unsettling that such a significant issue went unnoticed or was disregarded prior to my rental. Due to time constraints and the lack of alternative options at the pickup location, I was forced to proceed with the rental despite the alarming engine light, which not only wasted my valuable time but also made me feel uncomfortable and apprehensive throughout the journey. Furthermore, the staff at the pickup location demonstrated a lack of professionalism and knowledge, leaving me unable to obtain adequate assistance. When I raised concerns about the engine light, the representative on-site incorrectly identified it as a parking light, displaying a clear lack of understanding about basic vehicle components. Their inability to address fundamental questions further compounded the frustration and inconvenience of the overall experience. Given these multiple issues, I would appreciate a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding this rental. It is essential to ensure that customers are provided with well-maintained and reliable vehicles, as well as professional and knowledgeable staff who can promptly address concerns and provide appropriate assistance. Additionally, I strongly suggest implementing backup plans and protocols at pickup locations to handle unforeseen emergencies or vehicle issues, as the lack thereof contributed to a sense of helplessness during this rental process. As a loyal customer, I believe in U-Haul's commitment to customer satisfaction, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns promptly and effectively. Earnest Beaudinthis location is absolutely incredible. the lady at the front desk was on top of what was required and the truck was waiting for me in the lot. This is one of the best locations as it is not super busy so the lady at the front desk has time to truly take customer service to the next level and this was greatly appreciated. The lady at the front desk deserves all the recognition for making my experience with Uhaul a pleasant one!
Paulina KaniaMy vehicle was double booked. I didn't get my truck on time. Had to wait and extra 45 minutes in the heat. Had a hired help with me as well. Don't double book your Uhaul period!!

wai cheung HUILady working there very friendly. I was in and out in a few minutes. Uhaul is the cheapest van rental u could get. Bought many dressers, beds and on this round sofas. Instead of paying $300 what the movers asked i did it in a fraction of that...of course with a few bruises and sore arms on my part! I'll always come back to uhaul!

Shaun LangThe check in took 45 minutes and we waited a long time to get verified to get the code for they key. Due to that delay I wasn't able to get the items I was moving where they were supposed to go so that was very frustrating.

MERVIN MARLATTthe photos I had to approve before I could get in the vehicle were not at all current. They were obviously taken on a clear sunny day and it was pouring rain all day when I rented it. this is fraudulent activity. And to suggest to charge me $20 for not uploading pictures so your lazy employee doesn't have to do her job is just reprehensible. I'm going to start renting from Budget.

I left to go to get food and came back and he finally arrived . No compensation for anything other than him changing my time to pick up at 1110am . The vehicle was good other than that .
MARC DUCKETTI rented the truck for 2 hours,(12,3/2,3) I waited for 30 minutes to get the truck. A few days ago I requested a closer location to pick up and they told me is not possible but I can rent the truck for 5 hours with no charges. Only the kms. I returned the truck at 5,3 pm and I was charged anyways.

SAMMY NOUREDDINEHad an issue with the 24 /7 return procedure. Wasn't able to complete the transaction,due to not being able to verify my phone location , even though the location settings where available. ( I think anyway) The app would not let me continue, so it got a little frustrating. Merci
