Van was dirty with mud in the cargo area. I had to sweep and wipe it down so I could put our wedding materials in the back. The truck ran fine and operated fine. Customer service was good and the drop process was easy. So overall not bad but wish the van's interior could have been cleaner.DANIEL D.

Right now, I would never wish to use Uhaul again! I have moved 26 times in my life and everyone of them with U Haul, but my three experiences with U Haul this summer has broke me. I was told I would get charged ONE day, but was added an additional day; bunches of bogus fees were added; I spent $50 on gas and brought it back far above my rental contract, but I didn't get credit for gas. On one of the three trips it was half full, so I filled it back to half full again, but it was marked as 1/16 low so I was docked a large fee + an exorbitant amount per gallon. Petty! I also had to bypass 4 Uhaul rental places to pick up my vehicle, 29 miles from my home (one way), and was charged the 29 miles x2. One of the other rentals this summer I was contracted to pick up in Gretna, 11 miles away, but was sent to Lynchburg â€" an hour+ away (at 12:00am). Don't say you're going to have it when clearly you don't. Rude. Petty. Unreliable.Darla C.

Make sure when a reservation is made Have the truck at that location. Went on line to get a 16 foot truck for my move to Indiana. When my daughter and I arrived he had NO truck. Ended up having to rent a 6x12 trailer. My truck I was promised all ge had was a wrecked one. Your people on line screwed up royally. My daughter had to take 2 days off work to drive my things back to Indiana. I had to leave my late husband's lift chair, a book case, end table and a large area rug. This broke my heart to leave it. I ended up giving my thinks away, so I wouldn't have to put it in storage. The dealer was so nice but the person bit the one I talked to that really screwed me around. I have told my friends how bad U-Haul was and not able to deliver what I wanted. My daughter said she was going yo tell her friends also. I am 76 years old and didn't need the aggregation.Jean B.

I ordered a 20' truck and they gave me a 15' truck. I got there to pick up the truck at 4:30 they didn't arrive to give me the truck until 4:58pm and they closed at 5. Because the truck was not big enough and not the one I ordered I could move all of my stuff in one trip. I am very disappointed.Jonathan M.

Let u know that I am full deaf lady also I was praying to God of Jesus send to help of customer service help with me about back my money from debit card in future ,, I really glad customer service are help and care for get back from Skyview Auto Repair services was cheaper on my money of couple deposit security ( cash and Debit card) but I hope they can figure out what happened last July 3rd 2021 this soon .. I was been crying about lost my money 100 dollar from Skyview Auto Repair Guy took my money 100 on cash from deposit security Because of I already show to guy about my debit card app balance that statement history but he said that no it not work swipe and forced to me other pay cash 100 dollar for deposit hold that why I have other witness of my boyfriend and my deaf man saw all my situation seriously too.. The original location did not have a truck for me. Shame on you guys and your system. Don't you have systems in place to avoid these major mistakes? I by chance stopped by Skyview Automotive and they were able to help me. They were great, friendly and helpful, although he did have major issue with your computer system and making the reservation. I have heard people call your company U-Suck instead of U-Haul. If not for Skyview I may have to agree.DENNISMICHAEL D.

It was closed when we arrived to drop-off the vehicle which wasn't an issue except we couldn't find a key drop anywhere. I went on the app to end the rental and it didn't recognize that I had a rental. I had to call to get assistance which took awhile but finally got in. All in all it took way longer to turn in the vehicle than what I would have liked.BARRYALAN M.
