Randall R* Authorized dealer hand another employee do the paperwork, he was not present. I hooked up my own trailer. The trailer itself looked like it had been used in a post apocalyptic show. I stoped at a U-Haul on entrance road Louisiana (71459) and checked to make sure everything was good. They walked around with me and marked all the damage witch was everything and advised me that since I hooked it up they were liable. ( awesome employee) ALSO!!! Your online system blows. On pick up and drop off I was sent to alternate locations costing me a total in 53 dollars in gas as I pulled into the driveway to pick or drop off said trailer. You're systems suck and you need to get all your systems on the same network In real time.

GARY EOffer refunds when customer turns in equipment earlier than your recommended rental days. In this case, you made me rent a 6x12 trailer for 6 days. It only took me 3 days to finish my move. I will be using someone else for my next move.

DONALD Lwhy does our "receipt" not show that we paid/charged anything? How are we supposed to be reimbursed for a move when our receipt says we didn't pay anything?
Vincent RWhile picking up the trailer the employee informed me that the previous renter complained about the hitch not working properly but she wasn't exactly sure what the problem was. While driving the trailer to load the hydraulic brake switch tripped and engaged yanking the trailer off my trucks hitch. Now there was no damage but I was very displeased with not only being given and non functional piece of equipment but also the customer service on the uhaul phone number. Not only did I deal with rude people when looking for guidance but was also hung up on several times when trying to be redirected. I am very displeased with my service from uhaul. There was no compensation for anything just bill. Thanks for the poor service.
CHRISTOPHER JIt was a little out of our way to pick up the rental truck however we did receive extra mileage to pick it up. The store was very nice and the receptionist and manger were very personable and treated us very respectable. They made us feel as if we had been there most important client.
APRIL JThe assistance that I recieved from this location was awesome. The guy helped me hook up the pig tail harness and was excellent.

ANITA CThis was by far the worse experience I have ever had with u-haul and felt like some time of refund was necessary although the person I spoke with on the phone got an attitude with me as if I had done something wrong. First off, there were open containers in the vehicle I found once I had already been driving thru the second state, second there was a dirty pair of men's underwear that was under the drivers seat that I touched with my bare hands, and finally the radio and windshield wipers quit working about midway through my 16 hour drive. My wife and I payed almost $800 plus gas for this u-haul and did not ask for all the problems that came with it. I am in the Army and had I have been pulled over with the open containers in the truck, I would have lost my entire career and for the person to get an attitude with me on the phone was very disturbing.
CAMERON PWe had two flats on both rear tires. They may have on the trailor too long. The tread looked fine but they both lost their tread on the blowouts. They reimbursed me for the tires we replaced on the trailor.
STEVE DFast, Friendly service was provided and the equipment I used was just great. I will use U-Haul again and will advise my friends to do the same. Thanks very much, U-Haul ! ! !

MICHAEL MThey were great. Because of the breakdown in Agusta, GA, the paperwork got messed up. But she contacted the regional office and they got the paperwork straightened out. Overall they were awesome.
KAY BI called to INQUIRE about a different size trailer and the person changed my trailer and wouldn't allow me to get the trailer that I RESERVED! We were forced to sell/give away a lot of our belongings because we didn't have the time to go get a new trailer in order to move all of our things. NOT HAPPY!!!
