Explain ALL the charges that one will incure at the point of rental. The CWT or whatever $40 charge was not shown! Was told that $19,95 was for the DAY , not for hours, then was hit with a two day charge 2x $19,95 when unit was not returned by 6,3 pm. Not good!
Gladstone H.If you sign in early on the U-Haul site and you provide pictures of the front and rear of your driver's license...you should not have to do it again when you pick up the rental! I had to repeat the process when picking up the rental, because I do not keep pics of my license on my phone which can be seen by those up to no good! That delayed me quite a bit in the pick up process!
